I was getting low on funds until hitting what should have been a very big hit with expanding wilds on 4 reels and matching prime tiles on show giving multiple 5OAK's but it crashed before they had a chance to expand. once I reloaded the game it was as if it had never happened! So frustrating. But to be fair live chat seem very efficient and are escalating it

I had absolutely no joy from Trada about this. I have solid evidence of my last spins in this game and the above spin was not recognised at all by Trada or Yggdrasil. I will never play Yggdrasil again. Funny how the slot errored at a big win!
