Trada moving to Aspire Global platform from 20th November

My mum was away one day and that’s what my Dad thought constituted a Sunday dinner.

Remember rightly we had it at 1pm and by 5 ish the pizza was ordered.

hi Conor seems things have well & truly hit the bottom of a barrel, since when do you have hands tied to check out accounts & things from where ever you are, this would of more than likely sorted by old trada. Disappointing really.

Why am I being asked for front and back of my card again? Pretty sure you guys had it under the old platform as it’s been used for the best part of two years etc

Hi Conor,

Stupidly enough i think this may have been user error. So many accounts and most are the same user name but with Trada its slightly different. I forgot, assumed it was password, changed and still couldnt log in so assumed something was amiss.

I know we are quick to be critical on here and I have not really been playing at Trada. I deposited £10 on Saturday to have a wee bash at DoA, which was dead as a doornail but moved on and managed to play for almost the whole weekend.

I actually tried losing my balance (£80) as thought I would probably have to jump through hoops to get it but it didn't matter what games I played I couldn't lose it all - had enough in the end and withdrew £140, expecting to be asked to verify my account again but nope paid in full two days later without a hitch :)

The only criticism is that I received an e-mail to say I had 25 free spins for moving up a level, which never appeared, couldn't be bothered going to chat but it maybe something Conor@Trada could look into so it doesn't happen to anyone else :)

What world is aspire global living in when it takes 48 hours for a withdrawal of 140..
I myself have been waiting 2 days for a withdrawal of 50 quid even I'm fully verified.
Bloody awful group need to sharpen up.

I am probably just more patient! Terms state 2 days pending, which I knew when I deposited so not complaining.

How ever frustrated you feel good manners and a polite approach cost nothing. You could simply of asked Conor to look into it for you .

Congrats Greylady on the win.

I know Trada have took pelters since the move and maybe some of it is justified.

And i know that 2 days is a long time to wait when some places pay instant. But in the end it is advertised that it takes 2 days. 32red takes the same depending when you withdraw. I know there is no need for it but in the end it is only 2 days. Noone should be that desperate to get hold of the winnings that they cannot wait 2 days.

It is winnings. Money you should not need that urgent if so you should not be playing. At least with Conor still being there you know you will get paid and if i had a nice win to look forward to then i am sure i could handle a 48 hour wait.

In fact just thinking about it i use WH every day. Any withdrawals i do from after 11pm on a Thursday night do not get done till 10pm Sunday. But i know that and still use them. Even tho i could use Coral and get money 6 hours later which i would prefer. But like i said it is winnings i never had so 48hours tho not ideal is acceptable.

If its same as other Aspire places then those spins are in game Astro Dice. But if you have pending withrdawal you cannot play those until your withdrawal has been paid

I sent @greylady this in PM just there.

If a player has a pending withdrawal, the spins cannot be automatically applied as they are in all other cases, however, the player can simply request the spins to be added again, and LiveChat should add them without any problems once the withdrawal has been processed.

I believe the game does change regularly though so it may not always be on Astro Dice.

@Conor@Trada just wondering if you ever found out why DOA and DOA2 cannot be offered to Canadians via Trada....when just about every other casino on the planet do. Some positioning or empathy might be in order...lol It simply makes no sense unless Aspire are afraid someone might actually win some money.

The information I got off of the games team is that DOA1 can be offered (And from what I've been told is offered) to Canadians, but DOA2 cannot be offered to Canadians. What I am being told is that this is on request of Aspire from NetEnt.

We do have DOA1 & DOA2 are available for all other markets from what I can see though so I don't see why only 1 game isn't allowed for one specific country :confused:

I am still chasing for more information on this.
