... i played lots of different casinos but i have no idea why i missed those guys... Signed up today and talked a bit via Live Chat. Wow. They really seem to be on the spot. Fastest answers i ever received via Live Chat. Approved my docs while i was in chat, and they have quite cool cashout terms (Told me in average 1-4 hours during the day).

Sounds very interesting :)

Thanks Hoff!

That's really nice of you to say and I have passed on your compliments to the live chat agent you dealt with :)

Welcome to TradaCasino!

Rachel.

Yeah defo '3rd ed' I too had my doc's approved in about 5-10 minutes on chat a couple of weeks back.

On top of that they processed a withdrawal from a NDB, also whilst on chat and what makes them even better is their staff supported me in a recent endeavor which involved a competitor!!

Now that is the sign of a very well run casino and people who know what they are doing and putting their customers first

In fact I'm going for an early morning spin there now, given myself the 'day off' so what the heck :p

I like this site too. The live chat is very very good.

Iv deposited once...mainly cause I just open an account. And they have given me 3-4 free spins. 20 on wild rockets @.50 a spin and 3 times on immortal romance 10 spins each @.30

Id probably say one of the better casinos around to be honest. Nice job guys on treating customers well :D

Trada are great. They payout very quickly and live chat is extremely good. Helpful and knowledgeable. So much better than the drones issuing cookie cutter responses with no authority that you get elsewhere.

Not only that but the rep on here is great, and they have a decent selection of games. Big big thumbs up from me.

I've had a few unsolicited kick backs from these guys in the last few weeks with no strings which was well received. Customer service wise I'd say they are as good as the best.

If I was asked to suggest improvements I would say:-

- enable fast spin on netent games
- add 'play n go' games
- get a mobile enabled site

I agree - they are very friendly. I get the impression this is one of the smaller operations - not that that matters - bit the chat and aupport and payout times are very good.

I have been skint since Christmas but i will be playing here a lot more when the ole finances are back.

The customer service here is amazing and the guys are always on the forum (well, the girls i mean) :p

A Casino to watch for in near future great CS , up there with the best for sure , a few small changes here & there they shall go really far, good rep & good customer service upheld at all times when contacting them. i would be happy to recommend them )

I asked them today to be more active here. I think casino group is really great and should be a number 1 casino. If they were more active I think they could win alot of awards.

They said they are in the process of adding other providers like yggdrasil.

The entire support system is top notch. From live chat to banking.

I requested a withdrawal via bank transfer was updated on the status and it was sent within an hour or two.

When I was running bad, they gave me twenty $1 spins on dead or alive. Ive also had 3-4 sets of 10 free spins on immortal romance.

And by running bad it wasnt that bad. Lost 2-3 deposits of $100-$150

Is there any chance to lower cashout fees to the bank?

I love this casino but cant play there because it costs me $70 to withdraw.

$30 from my bank
and 25 euro from you guys which is $40 in my currency.

Maybe have one free cashout a month?

Or maybe cheque option?

Hi lockinlove!

Thanks for all the comments and feedback.

I assume you're talking about bank transfer withdrawals here. Just to give you a quick overview:

- All withdrawals at TradaCasino are free, all the time and unlimited except for bank transfers to non-GBP currencies. The reason for this is that we get charged €35 by banks in the UK to process withdrawals outside of the GBP currency.

- We are currently working on a system that will allow us to include non-GBP bank transfers as a freebie, however it means integrating another payment provider so unfortunately it's not going to happen in the very near future.

One idea we explored was to process non-GBP bank transfers that are over €300 for free. We could 'save up' customer withdrawals and flush them until the balance reaches €300, and then process the whole lot together for free, however this would be frustrating for players and is far from an ideal work-around.

Hope that makes sense, and any ideas you guys have for me on this topic would be very welcome, it drives me crazy too :)

I do 100% WDs to bank - and the general ding to Canada from Eur-landed casinos is $30 (always, every time, from every casino) - meaning : if I WD $1000 from a casino in the currency I play in (CAD), then from the casino leaves 1K and to my bank arrives $970..because between the one bank to mine is a $30 ding.

If there's the dble ding, maybe a workaround is to offer the abroad-player a $30 comp (bonus+WR as a compromise- or better, adding conversion fees, perhaps a $68 (approx $70) conversion 'gift' as compensation - just add extra WR.
Win-win. Player feels appreciated and casino recognizes a high WR is low-likely turnover.

Just a suggestion. :)

- enable fast spin on netent games : because of where we are integrated with NetEnt this couldn't be enabled for regulatory reasons. However, we have something in the pipeline that will change that so watch this space.

- add 'play n go' games: there are two more gaming suppliers in the integration stages, I can't say which YET but it's not Play N Go. They are on our radar, but no promises within the next year.

Thanks so much for the feedback  Keep it comin'

Rachel.

- get a mobile enabled site : done, FINALLY! :)

I have no idea how many players you have from Canada so who knows how long a cashout could take doing it that way? I dont mind waiting a couple weeks to get small cashouts..like under 500 to save on fees.

Digimedia casino group (malta) send me cheques through a Canadian bank for free. It takes about 2 weeks to get here. Im assuming they pay a Canadian bank to send it and Im assuming its a very small fee since they dont charge the customer ever. Any thoughts on doing this?

Another option, would be to set up an NA friendly e-wallet, like, say Eco....and WD there, and pay less a fee to go through to bank.

As mentioned, my fee this side is always consistent - $30 flat -and that may well be, simply my bank (for better or worse). But I've not paid more, nor less. And I can live with thirty since I prefer to WD on amounts of 500-1K only - I couldnt fathom a $100 WD and losing that much.

There is, perhaps, as well, private conversations with your casino/rep, wherein you can talk about prefernetial treatment and arrangements. (ps - this, before any player goes up in arms, is not unfair treatment..ALL players need be treated fairly...which does not equate to 'equally')

I think ecopayz is usually (10 euro) $15-$20 for withdraw. And to deposit its usually 2-7%. Thats what I got charged using them once anyways. If I remeber correctly between deposit and withdraw my total fees were $23 +15+15 from bank so $53.

On a personally level, $30 fee is pretty much my max. And I already hate paying that.

I completely agree, getting hit twice (once by us and another by your bank) isn't feasible and leaves you no incentive to deposit knowing that you will have to take such a hit if you make a withdrawal.

I just spoke to banking, and we're going to look into offering withdrawal by cheque.

I'll get back to you both next week and give you an update,

Thanks again for the feedback!

Rachel.

Its actually a triple charge. Your casino fee, my bank, your bank.

I cashed out from you guys two weeks ago. $300. You guys were nice enough to wave the first fee as I was told by banking of 25-35 euro. I was paid $270. My bank charged the $15 and your bank charged me $15 and if you didnt waive you casino fee...would have been really bad

Nice to see you are looking into the cheque option. Hope it works out
