No, it's not and I think it's time you start to show some respect. This is Trada and they have always been fair to all players and Rachel is a great rep.
You on the other hand is known to be really rude at times. Why? Wouldn't it feel better to be nice and helpful once in a while?

Yes well said. Trada Casino is THE best Casino experience I have ever had. I have NEVER had an issue with anything. Every single staff member (who now feel like friends) are first class. It's a shame when people feel the need to express their anger on forums before (as in this case it would seem) they haven't allowed ample time for said issue to be addressed. It's worse that others feel the need to poke their noses in and leave unnecessary, unfair and unjust comments. Unfortunately, that's the internet for ya. Kudos for reporting that rude individual.

TRADA CLOSED MY ACCount when i tried to cashout winnings from bonus code that isnt emailed to me wow...now we are not aloud to claim a bonus code that they didnt email...but when we make a deposit and if the bonus isnt working anymore they still approved the deposit. not the bonus you claiming...now that i found a code online that is working they closed my account.....wow this support name DANNI should get award to garbage bailer.....

Hmm, in all fairness to Danni, you were advised that you didn't meet the necessary criteria for a bonus that week. However, I don't think using a bonus code is reason enough to permanently close your account. A warning and cooling off period perhaps, but not total closure. I of course say that perhaps not knowing the full story. I can only go with what you have said.

Hey guys!

Although I cannot comment fully on this situation, I can say that the agent Danni had followed protocol.
When we notice that a player is claiming bonuses they have not been emailed directly by us we first issue a warning.
If future bonuses that which have not been emailed directly by us to the player are still being claimed by the same player, then we are not left with very many options.

In the instance of deposit bonus code errors, a quick chat with our LiveChat team or by emailing our support inbox can very quickly resolve this.
After all, we're all human and it is quite easy to enter in a code incorrectly by mixing up some aspects of it (such as mixing up a 0 with an O, or an S with a 5), and we will always try to be as understanding as possible and apply the bonus anyway.

Bonus abuser - Trada had the decency to warn you the first time - many other casinos would bonus ban you straight away #Caddel group.

But you still went ahead and did it anyway. Semantics about where you got the code are irrelvant.

Trada acted more than fairly as per usual for them.

Isnt there a way to block codes that arent sent to people? Most casinos wont even allow a code to be claimed unless the account was chosen.

like VS, I have marketing on, never get an email but if I want to put the code get from CM in it says I am not allowed. not fair since I have the marketing on , but yet again seems fair.

Trada should do the same so all this non-sense would not exist in the first place

I think this person was so slighted by the perceived lack of bonuses that they've chosen to skim over the main point altogether.

I get that bonuses are hard to come by but this is certainly not the way forward. Not with Trada's Zero Tolerance policy! :machinegunner:

Thing is I feel even 5 warnings, 10 warnings, 100 warnings wouldn't suffice, some "players" ( ;) ) cannot help themselves and find their fingers inputting these codes whilst all the brain sees is spinning reels, with little or mainly no costs to themselves.

Trada did the right thing, they would I assume also have done a value assessment before making their decision which would have made it all that easier ;)

Course they would. Imagine this type of player but getting hundreds like them every month. Must get frustrating dealing with freeloaders/leech players all the time. Tbf I would probably be even less lenient and ban them off the bat. Players like that make it bad for everyone.

Remember the good old days, when all you had to do was mention to support you were thinking of calling it a day and closing your account and they throw you a £50 bonus with no wagering, LMAO! :eek:

This is it. So blinded by actively hunting down every advantageous bonus or code they suck them up like rabid ant-eaters. Which then in turn means nothing in my inbox from any casino, bar the ever-worsening 'promos' that end up there maybe once a month :mad:

I find myself doing cartwheels at just being offered 25%ers from my regular haunts. Gits.

Were you told the day before you weren't eligible to use the loyalty bonus that week? Yes
Were you told if you did, you wouldn't be paid? Yes
Were you told you might have your account closed if you did? Yes

What exactly are you complaining about? They very clearly told you what would happen, you decided you knew better than support, and now are crying because the casino did EXACTLY what they told you they would. No one forced you to enter the code.
