OK - positives:

Decent games selection.

No facility to exclude or set deposit limits without the tedious travail of going through e-mails first.
Can't see reversal time mentioned in the terms.
High bonus WR if you take the 50%.
As mentioned by Wild Reels above, a selection of games with a mere 70% wagering contribution. This means an effective WR of near-65x for volatile games like TS2 and IR.

Now, the rep states they are on a 'learning curve' but simple research will demonstrate that casinos routinely offer a mere 30-40x WR on the Quickfire games so ipso facto must be making the bonus pay at that level.

Tried this place out and was not impressed. Logo has a mobile phone in it despite being web only (wut?). The overall site looks like a D grade college project. I imagine my youngest child could design something better in paint in an hour. Games were laggy and kept giving me errors, hit one feature for a measly 18x bet all session. Bonus terms are awful compared to competitors. I give it a 1/10. I don't see any appeal whatsoever. Awful-ness..! Will not be back.

In response to the constructive feedback:

Adding slots from other brands: This is possible but many of the games providers look for guaranteed minimums so we don't want to add too many. It is something we will look into for the future

The welcome bonus: The 50% matching deposit bonus is only one choice. The alternative default Cashback bonus is 100% of the first deposit. Also from the 2nd deposit onwards no matter which first deposit was used, a 25% Cashback bonus is automatically applied. We are still evaluating our bonus options including the matching deposit welcome bonus.

Search button for games: I think this is mainly needed for slots as there are so many of them. The slots have been sorted into different types (Video, Jackpot, Fixed Odds & Classic), but the slots tab has every single one and they are in alphabetical order. In saying that I will see if the developers could add a search option.

Logo: The logo originally came from the old system when we had a mobile site. A mobile version of the new site will be launched in the coming months.
