5 minutes clicking the 'My Account' button trying to figure out how to close.

Like some Warlock has slowed down time - i could have had five GOLD's in this time
Is it the mobile version? I refuse to play their now, using mobile I logged in COULDNT load game because I wasn’t logged in then tried logging in but was already logged in! Joining the aspire platform to save costs has probably cost them more in players giving up on trade

Both...periodically it does that to me - sometimes, you go to click spin and it tells me to login. Swap games? You're logged out.

What happens when you pick probably the cheap version of what's on offer:p

It’s a shame like you say cashouts always fast and if I remember correctly the bonanza they have is the one that remembers you and where u left off on loading up the game
 
I was banned from Trada under its previous incarnation for some sort of group that 'abused their bonuses.' I am still not sure how I did this but would like to find out one day.
 
Yeah, to be fair to them, they pay quicker than some of their accredited counterparts but when their games are to the point of unplayability, it becomes a tad moot.
They only pay fast because of the UKGC ban on reversing withdrawals though, sso whereas before they wanted you to reverse, now they want you to get your money ASAP so you can deposit again.

I asked Rachel which improvements they had added since they moved, from the massive list they promised. Faster withdrawals was the only one, which was forced on them, wasn't by choice.

Not my a/c (or Trada) but Mrs', but an AG site was processing withdrawals for her in a relatively short timeframe (6 hours), months before the ban came in (Feb-ish): quickest we seen was 3 hrs in March.

Whether that was done to her VIP level i don't know as they state 'Express Cash outs' on that loyalty page, so was possibly that, when she went up up the levels. Can't speak for Trada as hardly got above starting balance most of the time.

Truth be told, they could process them in nano seconds and it still wouldn't be a big enough selling point.

Must have been the VIP level as they certainly weren't doing them that quick before the ban was brought in.

Funny how companies are now advertising themselves (not Aspire specifically) as being 'responsible as we have removed the option to reverse withdrawals', so thats pretty much stating it was irresponsible previously, and forgetting to add they only removed them because they were forced to. Quinnbet are one I've seen doing that.
 
17 days now and still nothing but today my account has been closed because I told them I was experiencing anxiety around this issue. Which any normal person would face. Very quick to close my account if only they were as quick to resolve the issue that was the problem
 
It’s like hell waiting for Trada to respond. They don’t even follow a proper complaints procedure
 
I’ve complained - any advice of anything else I can do? Will they eventually pay? I didn’t take a bonus or anything
