Suspecting someone of syndicate play does not warrant confiscation of winnings. Proof it it does.

Suspicions, justified or not, can warrant an account closure however. The casino is free to choose whose business to accept.

If the OP lives with roommates, in some kind or shared domicile, or even an apartment block that might include internet, or even a previous tenant who may have played there previously, it might be enough to raise red flags.

There are other casinos out there, not all of whom operate as ethically as Trada.

If your signup comes from a known bonus-hunting site, that can be a red-flag for suspected advantage play also. This would not justify confiscation of winnings, but might mean the casino may not want you as a customer.

Be aware Neteller and some other ewallets may share info with casinos about personal transfers. Your own bank will not do that, or credit card providers.
I hope the shared internet is not the case. I live in an apartment building of 3 apartments and internet is included in the rent.

Maybe they should chose a different name? Syndicate implies

ˈsindikət/
  1. 1.
a group of individuals or organizations combined to promote some common interest.
"large-scale buyouts involving a syndicate of financial institutions"
  2. That would mean in this case I suppose, that the OP would be part of a group that's sole purpose is to prey on casinos for free spin bonuses. Register and then wait to deposit. Deposit a small amount and then start using the freebies?

Club World Group banned the entire town of Markham from bonuses. High tech, and word spreads between co-workers.

If there are only 3 units in your building, I'm not sure I'd worry. Unless you are telling your neighbours about your happy casino experiences, and they too are joining.
Even then, I think later accounts might have issues that the original sign-up does not.

TV advertising is so prolific in the UK, if a casino is doing a big ad roll-out, tons of people will see it, some of whom may be neighbours.

I know it's worrisome for the OP, even though he was paid, in case of future issues.

No. We stick to ourselves and respect each others privacy. First time in 30 years that I have lived in an apartment, but Im starting to get use to it. I love that all utilities and internet is included. Thats wild about Markham! If that is the case with the OP he might want to disengage himself and be up front with casinos, unless that is part of his strategy.

The OP(Me) does not live in a shared apartment and does not share details with anybody and is just another punter who loses far more than he ever wins. My suspicions are that I bigged up Trada with some Facebook friends in a Private group and somehow the casino got hold of a private conversation and viewed me as some kind of threat despite me actually praising them. It's a very strange situation.
I also find it hard that any 'syndicate' could manipulate slots which all favour the casinos as they are all less than 100% RTP,so the casinos always have an edge anyhow. Trada and a site named Slotty Vegas are the only two sites I've ever been banned from and they were a mere few days apart.

so now you are saying that trada got wind of a private fb conversation between a coupl eof you and your friends....and this would be the reason you have been banned?

do you realize what this sounds like?

That post actually makes you sound guilty.

Of what exactly?
What you are accused of, not that I'm saying you are, just your post comes across as being slightly off. There is clearly something though, as two casinos did the same thing, within a few days of each other, who are completely unconnected. You might want to look at your gameplay style before using another casino in the same way if you want the accounts to stay open as something has triggered the closures.

Hi All,

My only comment on this case is to say that we paid the player all their winnings, and decided against continuing to offer services to him. This is within our rights as per our terms & conditions. I specifically pointed the player towards the following term:

Please note: If we become aware that you are a member and/or form part of a syndicate, club or group where players receive advantage play strategies in order to create positive expectancy scenarios through the acquisition of promotional offers, you will have all winnings forfeited.

The OP is aware of what this term relates to despite protests to the contrary. We do not make these decisions flippantly, or without ensuring we have information to backup our decision. If the OP believes we are wrong the best port of call would be a PAB or to raise a complaint with IBAS.

Thanks,

Rachel.

I don't even understand what 'advantage play' means when it comes to slots( I never used table games at all) as they are totally random, aren't they? This is just a load of hogwash and this 'syndicate' claptrap is a load of BS. I must be the worst 'advantage play' player in the world as I have a negative bank account balance and I don't bet big at all nor deposit loads of cash.

Sorry its really hard to find any newer trada casino threads so i felt to post my concern here. And that is regarding wager terms on slots now at Trada i am not sure if it has always been that? But must say that these rules makes it difficult and impossible to know how much you need to wager on each slot and find these terms a joke? I was about to deposit but must say i have lost feeling to ever deposit here again.

To be fair it might be me making to hard as seems all slots under 95% contribute 125% i am not saying they are unfair just its not really simple and easy compared to other casinos where you just have a list of not eligible slots and thats it rest contribute 100%.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

  • Games contribution to Bonuses
    Game Contribution $10 bet example
Slots with less than 95% RTP (except slots listed below) 125% $12.50
Slots with RTP from 95% up to 96.5% RTP (except slots listed below) 100% $10.00
Bingo Games, Instant Win Games, Keno Games, Scratchcards 100% $10
Slots with RTP larger than 96.5% up to 97% RTP (except slots listed below) 75% $7.50
Slots with RTP larger than 97% up to 97.5% RTP (except slots listed below) 50% $5.00
Slots with RTP larger than 97.5% 0% $0.00
Big Bad Wolf, Flowers, Virtual Champions, Virtual Soccer, Virtual World Cup, Jack Hammer 2, Reel Rush and Retro Reels Extreme Heat , Jack and the beanstalk 0% $0.00
All Blackjacks, All Pontoon, All Roulettes, All Video Poker Games, All Baccarat 0% $0.00
Castle Builder,Castle Builder2 Max Damage and the Alien Attack, Casino War, Super Fun 21, Craps, Lucky Darts, All Progressive Jackpot Slots 0% $0.00
Gamble rounds of any Slots, Double options of All Video Poker games 0% $0.00
    • NOTE: In cases where slots have a varying RTP, for example Ghost Pirates from 95.3% to 96.9%, the highest quoted RTP applies for wagering contributions.
    • NOTE: Doubling round stakes in all video poker games or gambling round bets in all slot games cannot be used to contribute to the wagering of any bonus awards.

I also love these terms  >

c. The maximum bet while playing with bonus funds is £/€/$4 or 40 kr per game round, however, players depositing with e-wallets such as Neteller & Skrill are not entitled to place more than £/€/$2 or 20kr per bet in any game until all bonus wagering requirements have been met. (TradaCasino may increase this maximum bet limit for loyal customers using Skrill or Neteller once prior approval has been obtained from Support via live chat or email).

lol thats a new one I have never seen before. WTF

Thank god thought was just my brain that was going crazy haha. I found it strange its never seem to have been discussed on here? Could their Accredited be in question now or at least a lower score? since updates was done 4 April 2018 and i dont see any rep has told us?

Do you know how was terms before? These terms basically makes NetEnt unplayable as most would only count 75% wager and that is crazy hefty as wager is 40x makes it 50x

I have added link to their bonus terms above.

Different than the norm, but with a list of slots rtp one soon gets used to quickly finding the game you are playing mate and match it to the wagering contribution.

Afaik it looks the same as when i last busted out on a bonus there many months ago, maybe the update included an extra excluded game or some small change :)

Didnt notice that bit, doh!
Though i think the rep touched on it once when it came up, the low max bet for skrill etc. If i recall its mainly in place for new members who might try to take advantage in some way, which seems is more common with ewallets. And as stated it will be increased if the player asks for it, once its reasonable for them to assume the player is not trying to hit and run under some form of AP or whatever exact reason(s) were mentioned.

Syndicate? No. Somebody who uses deposit bonuses and reload bonuses? Yes I do,as do many others. If you advertise bonuses and then ban people for using them that says more about the casino than the client,I'd say. My average casino deposit has always been in the £10-£20 range so I am obviously a serious threat to any casino and would have them rinsed in no time!;)
