Trada Casino asking for my driver's license?

    So Trada Casino locked me out of my account after i made a request for withdrawal so i cant even login until i provide my driver's license.

    I was concerned about identity theft sending via email so i blanked out my picture and license number. Sent it to them and they tell me i cant blank out my picture.
    So i send another email this time with only the driver's license number blanked out.

    They want my full driver's license including the number so that wont work either.

    Has anyone sent their driver's license to Trada? Also isn't there a different way i can send them that information? I really dont feel comfortable having that in an email.
    Instead of locking out my account they should have let me able to login and then upload my documents.

    Casinos should stop asking for that information during withdrawal and ask right from the start....why the hell is it so easy to say yes we'll take your money even if you dont provide proof of age but if you want money
    back we're going to make it hard on you.

    i always send my driver l when verifying done for years
    and did so with Trada and got verified in couple of hours :):)

    At least they locked you out.

    Trada asked for my documents despite having the account open for over a year after I requested withdrawal yesterday and tonight I reversed and lost the lot because it is too much to ask that they review my documents and sort them out for me timely.

    Pretty p****** off at myself and them right now.

    I think the point is. At least you cannot reverse your winnings.

I'm really sorry you had a poor experience in this regard, but it can take up to 24 hours to approve documents for a first time withdrawal and once that's done you're eligible for fast withdrawals as per our withdrawal policy here: You must register/login in order to see the link.. Your account was verified this morning so going forward you are opted into fast withdrawals.

    Don't forget you can flush your withdrawals on live chat to avoid reversing cash-outs.

    There is a small bonus in your account for you to enjoy that one of the team added earlier, I hope you get lucky with this one and have a second chance at cashing out,

    You would be locked out because you haven't verified your identity within 72 hours of making your first deposit - this is a regulatory requirement and we cannot reopen until we receive the valid drivers license.

    I know it may seem intrusive but unfortunately we do need this to reopen :( It is a UKGC requirement. Your funds are perfectly safe and will remain in your account until we reopen for you.

    Please rest assured that your documentation is safe and secure, everyone has to send the same document within 72 hours and we have them in a password protected system accessible only to senior staff members,

    The OP needs to get used to sending the full driving license photo in as every casino bar a few that use CRA's will require it at some stage. It's not unique to Trada you know!

    based on the comments here ok i guess ill have to send my driver's license....

    the issue now though is i don't feel comfortable sending it within an email. It would be a lot more secure if i could login to the site and upload the driver's license there as the site is using ssl.

    There are no guarantees information cannot be intercepted with ssl (anything with encryption can be decrypted with proper time and resources although i have zero concern with ssl) but it is much harder than intercepting email content as there is no guaranteed encryption end to end

    Sorry, I was kind of mad yesterday, really just because I have been playing at Trada for probably over a year on and off, and never been asked for anything until the cashout, which is quite frustrating.

    Sadly no luck with the small bonus.

    You can upload on the website if you're more comfortable with that. Just go to "my account" - "withdraw" - "upload documents" and you can send it there. This is only possible on the desktop site :)

    Thanks for the feedback, it is a good idea to send an email after a certain period of time reminding players we will need documents X, Y & Z to get verified in the event of a withdrawal. At least that way they can get verified in advance. I'll pass it on to the relevant team and see what we can do :)

    thank you i would do that but when i try and login i get this error:
    "We need to verify your date of birth to reopen your account. Email proof of age (e.g. passport/drivers/credit card) to This email is not visible to you. OR contact us on Live Chat. You will receive a FREE BONUS once verification is complete"

    And i stay logged out. my ability to login would need to be enabled for me to access my account. if i give you my username and email address is that something you can make happen? thank you
