Can I just say that I have seen some good and bad reps in my time in many forums i have used over the years and Rachel you are a star :)

You are a really good rep I have also gave you some rep too, I don't personally play at Trada Casino myself. but I might in the future.

Had a fair amount of play last night after being naughty and sticking a few deposits through on my credit card as bank balance was getting low. Then, a lovely little winning streak and a few silly bets proved fruitful.

First withdrawal to my credit card of £300 processed pretty much immediately and I played with the balance. Won a few more times and put through another withdrawal of £150 - waheey as that paid off my credit card in full. Played with balance and eventually put through another withdrawal of £600 in the early hours of this morning. As my credit card was soon to be paid off, I requested a withdrawal to my bank account.

Received an e-mail from James this morning saying they cannot pay to my account as that has never been used as a deposit method, which is fair enough. I asked for it to go against my debit card (linked to same bank account anyway) instead which is also verified with them and within minutes, all confirmed and withdrawal processed.

Great communication and speediness in processing my withdrawals and dealing with my requests.

The only thing I could suggest is that you give an option as to which card the withdrawal is processed to instead of just using the last one - it would cause issues if my credit card issuer owed me money!

There a fantastic casino. And the support is awesome.
I've played a few times there, no cashout. But still the experience will at some point cause me to return.
Nice to read a positive post, rather than a negative one, nice to see a casino is doing it right.
 
Sorry for being a numpty, but what does this mean? I think if I carry of playing, I get £2 back for every £70 wagered up to a maximum of £67.75, but why a minus £1 in £34.99?

Good spot!
You're right in saying that if you keep on playing you will get £2 every time you wager £70 up to £67.75.
The -1 is a new one for me, and I have raised it with the guys to see what caused it.
It should be fixed now too from what I see!

just a head up is it not possible to put a button there so you can forfeit any bonuses your self ?
i have to contact support every time and ask them to remove it, as it does not go away
even when you zero out :)
now i got 2 more sitting there again :)

Same thing happened to me this morning. It would definitely be helpful to have a forfeit button. Or at the very least, have the bonus drop off when the balance is zero.
 
Couple of questions about cashback system.

If i make my first deposit let's say 100€ then my pending cashback balance is 100€. Play some games and loose my balance to zero and get example 20€ cashback. Is 80€ pending cashout balance carrying over? And if i make another 100€ deposit do i get 25€ pending cachback added to existing pending balance (80€+25€=105€)?

If im in cashback system can i take a part other promotions like todays superspin promototion?

Hope you understand my questions my english is not so good.

Payout was dealt with within 24 hours, just waiting for it to hit my card. Customer service are just wonderful, shoutouts to Nikki who flushed without any hassle, reminds me of how casumo's live chat used to be (Lets just hope they don't start calling me benji after a week).

I just noticed this post now, (as a reply to the original post) but I have had the same thing happen to me... My account reaches $0 and the bonus which should have been forfeited when it gets to $1 and below according to your site doesn't get removed. Hope you guys can fix this up. I too had to contact support to forfeit my recent bonus as I wanted to do a straight cash deposit earlier last week but ended up not doing so. :/

I am happy that you guys support Ecopayz now.

Finally got around to open an account with the best casino on CM.

I must say I'm a bit dissappointed by the game selection.

Had expected to see Play'n'go, Novos and perhaps Merkur.

I did find Big Bad Wolf which is one of my faves at the moment.
It could not be played with a bonus though, so there you have it :p

So it seems that disconnections are not just a Videoslot problem....I've been playing more and more here at Trada...and the disconnections are just as bad....I get logged a lot of the time....just wondering if it's just me...and yeah...no matter which provider I play....no specific game....it's happened the last couple of times I played....
 
I never get any issues with getting logged out at Trada, I get the occasional lag, but that happens at most casinos I find. I assume you have tried the usual things cookies and cache? I switched to Firefox from Chrome as I was having problems a few months back, maybe you could consider a different browser? It's really frustrating when you have issues like that, hope you get it sorted mate.
