Trada Cashback

I've been playing at Trada for some years. As we know they operate a cashback scheme whereby if you deposit using the bonus code CB25 you build up cashback which is then credited as £2.00 cash credits with every £70.00 wagered.
Recently the cashback bar on my account froze and I no longer received the £2.00 cashbacks. By now I had accrued over £2k in pending cashback. I reported that to Trada CS who after some time said it had been resolved. Well it hadn't and furthermore my £2k cashback had been wiped to just a £50 balance!

I contacted CS again and they didn't seem to understand what I was getting at.

Not really worth raising a complaint or PAB about it, but for a good casino they seem to have more than their fair share of technical problems. particularly where bonuses etc are concerned.

Ive reported it as well - My bar is stuck on 87% - They said it was resolved but I haven't seen any movement on the bar since then. I've replied saying that the supposed fix didn't work and I am awaiting a reply.

Thanks Nate. Not just me then. Also worth noting that you should always ask CS to clear your bonus balance when you get to zero as the wagering requirement does not clear and carries over to your next deposit.
CS say this is another technical fault and shouldn't happen, but it always does with me.

Hey Chris87 and Nate,

I have just caught up with Jack regarding this issue - and where we currently are with it.

First things first, I am going to reopen this ticket regarding the cashback bar being stuck on your accounts.
We had been informed that this was resolved, which evidently is not the case.

@chris87, the situation of the missing £2k pending cashback is slightly different, but I do believe that this is also related to the original problem.

I'll drop both of you an email shortly with more information.
