Trada bit OTT?

Them terms are clear as day light, As per tobyh101 screen shot, Hense why JJez made no argument,

Does not matter if turn over is 200x its up to us players to choose, and them terms was pretty clear from my view

I completely understand that it looks misleading to use the original deposited amount to show reduced wagering, and I would never use that as a 'sales pitch' on-site or in a newsletter. I suppose I was just using it as an example of how we arrive at the amount of spins we decide to give away, and what the theoretical wagering requirement would be to withdraw is one of our deciding factors.

I have to run into a meeting but I'll come back and give more feedback on your post ASAP. Thanks a million for the suggestions Jon.

In the meantime, does anyone have any ideas on how to make the term clearer? Or do you think it's self-explanatory?

"Free spins must be redeemed and winnings wagered 35x before a withdrawal is permitted"

Thanks again Jon,

Rachel.

More than welcome, appreciate you see my post as the way it is intended, helpful suggestions and not a 'dig'.

As Spintee and others have said, terms are clear, I would maybe change just very slightly however, to read..

'Free Spins are to be played out in full, prior to playing your cash deposit, Total winnings (from free spins only) are to be wagered 35x prior to submitting/requesting a withdrawal.

Example: You deposit £30 and received 60 Free Spins, Your free spins are played and return £20. Wagering requirement is £20 x 35 = £700, after this time withdrawals can be requested.

I'd defo consider the rewording (part in bold), the example however is not really necessary and may either only benefit 'novices' or possibly even put some off, so again just a 'maybe'.

All the best!

I would simply change this from "a withdrawal" to "any withdrawal". This avoids the player thinking "a withdrawal" applies to the free spins winnings only.

Is it possible technically to automatically void the unplayed free spins where a player submits a withdrawal having won from their deposit. This would prevent free spins being used after a withdrawal, but in a less irritating way for the player as instead of having the withdrawal they were expecting sent back to their casino account for further wagering, they would get paid, but find that the free spins had vanished. They might complain to support, but they can be told that they are intended to be played before making any withdrawal, and if this is not done, the system automatically voids them.

I agree with this. It makes sense. Free spins are forfeited if a withdrawal takes place before spins are used.

@Rachel, I appreciate you coming in and at no time was this a complaint

Agree with VWM if a withdraw takes place than lose any rewards, Infact its more than possible as some sites all ready do this, such as casinoheroes I think, AllBrithish also does this as you lose certain points when withdraw,

But it is not so easy as different sites have different set up, Just imagine losing a bunch of free stuff from VS  It would be impossible to cater for every scenario
