Anyone played on total gold casino online?

See a recent add on facebook and joined deposited an won. Think it's a fairly new casino as i have not seen many reviews or anything like that.

Ended up making a withdrawal just worried in case I don't get it haha! Just gotta wait an see. Just like to see if anyone on here has played or heard of this casino.

I've never heard about Total Gold either. Yes it says that since yesterday it operates under UK licence as part of Cassava - 888 UK.
888 is a huge operation, not very highly regarded around here, but in no way rogue, so you should get paid no problem.
Submit your documents in the meantime, it might speed up the process. Let us know how it went.

havnt they got rules about multi accounting off the top of my head theyre was a thread somewhere about it & it does concern none payment

Well just an update folks.

Checked my withdrawal and it has now been processed just waiting for it to go in my bank account now.

7 days is abit long, Hopefully this was due to your first withdraw, Agree with mrjones as there was a thread a while back about multi accounts on the 888 network, But also what miiisooo said about big operation, well he wasn't joking there, They are BIG but alot of the bingo sites they hold, across multiply different brands do want you to sign up to any and every one, I personally had no problems with them but I do stick to mostly bingo sites with 888, There getting a lot of machines on them now, Recent added to the list was WMS

Update on this, First of all the people behind it are gamingrealms, the same people behind castlejackpot, Pocketfruity & bingogodz, I can safely say I think we are in good hands, Now the problem, The bonus is sticky, There is a few ways around this, Either complete the wager requirements easy said than done, Or make a deposit and than withdraw, This should than clear all bonus, Wagering does not count till you hit the bonus, But your cash is always withdrawable,

So please bear in mind if you do not make a withdraw or managed to clear wager than the bonus will always add up, If you go to cashier and go to make a with draw it will tell you how much wager is left and how much bonus you will lose, The only problem is that I am unsure you can get to that part if you are in bonus funds and there is no other way you can tell about what bonus wager is left, You can ring up which is a free U.K number

As you can see from the screenie, £40x30 =1200 but it states I still have over 2k to wager

Just a polite 'heads up' be very careful when playing with any site / casino run by Cassava enterprises.

Many moons ago before I discovered the beauty of MGS, I used to play all their sites (mainly only bingo sites with slots as side games back then) such as Foxy Bingo, Cheeky, Costa etc etc.

Their terms and conditions change without warning and even if they are in the wrong they will not back down, I was well up overall and paid initially no problem but I think the one day they decided enough is enough and refused about £400 worth of cash outs, I did use the 'free bingo' a lot back then and use the winning plus odd deposit to play slots, there was nothing against this in T&C's but as I say they changed these 'over night' and eventually used it against me as a reason not to pay.

May all be good now but just a friendly heads up as I say, feedback on other forums, google etc is not the best either

Deposited didn't even touch the bonus or wagering requirements an made a withdrawal.

Only it took 7 working days for my withdrawal which is pretty long but other than that all good.

Thats the best thing it does not matter if you had 100.000 wager as long as ou got cash you can take out, & will also clear any wager,

if yu have bad luck than you still have load of waer left than deposit, have a few spins and with draw, This will clear wager,

I had bad luck and lost my 240 on wheel, which I knew would not give more and 2nd deposit bonus gone,

I should no better and stuck the 40 in guts without bonus or 2nd beatat, My own fault, I no its small change but at the mo money tight and wold prefer to give to another casino,

Spoke to CS and they said clear my cookies an an all that but still wont work.

No when you earn loyalty points or what ever you earn a spin on the wheel I have had one before on it.

I tried it as a new UK facing casino, though the support seems to be based in the US - at least the support people I have talked to over the phone have always had US accents. (freephone from UK)
Anyway I made two deposits by mistake as it asked for my passport number upon my first deposit but didn't recognise it so I didn't realise my deposit had gone through and redeposited.
They have a rather an odd bonus system where you spin a bonus wheel so you don't really know what bonus you are going to get but things were confused for me as I seemed tog et an automated bonus on my first deposit and then the bonus from the wheel on my 2nd.
I made 2 deposits of 20 and ended with a bonus of 80 so 200% in all.

Although I am in UK I play in dollars but my currency in my account showed as pounds even though in the deposit screen it was shown as dollars. I don't yet know if my account has been charged for $40 or £40 and support couldn't tell me. I will have to wait for it to appear on my bank statement but if it is pounds i will be requesting a refund for the difference.

The games generally played okay but there is no way to see how much you have wagered.

Just read spintee's post and so that is good but support did not tell me this?

There is some weird bonus bar that fills up as you play but it stopped at 30% for me for around $1,000 of play and only started moving again later for some reason. I have sent an email for clarification but not heard back yet.
Which brings me to the fact that there is no live chat function which is not so good in this day and age though they do have phone support at least.

So overall I'm not too sure about the place as yet and can't say anything about withdrawals as I didn't win but the bonus T&C's seem reasonable with x30 wagering, assuming there are no hidden clauses etc.

Probably worth a try if you are UK based.

After losing my deposits (although I made WR and could of cashed out) I sent an email enquiring about a slot I to dropped from during free spins and asking if the funds had been added to my account as I wasn't sure at the time.
The reply I got back as that my account had been locked and that I had to contact the security to find out anything more. This just 24 hours after uploaded docs were verified and I didn't even make a withdrawal after making playthrough!
Maybe this is the new fraud, play out all your deposits. :lolsign:

I just emailed back telling them I had no intention of jumping through hoops to find out what kind of nonsense they were pulling and for them tot ell me why they had blocked my account or I would make a written complaint to their licensor.
The ball is in their court but I won't suffer this sort of nonsense any more from inept casinos.

glad someone agrees with me, I'm always willing to give new sites etc a change but will never be caught out twice, whether at fault or not lol, cassava are interested in our money only and nowt else

Very strange. I have not heard back from them so will write tot he UKGC since that is where 888 are licensed and get tot the bottom of it.
A casino shouldn't be allowed to take peoples money and then arbitrarily lock their account without giving a reason so rather than run around after them they can run around the UKGC.
