    So I'm having trouble reaching reaching the games at a casino, so (with fearful heart) I click on Live Chat...


    Me: Are the games working right now? i'm having trouble getting to them

    Support: May I know the exact error message you received,if any?

    Me: When I attempt to go the games I get an Internet Explorer web page error "Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you Requested." etc.

    Support: Please kindly check whether you are connected to internet.

    reminds me of when I was having trouble with comcast and tried their live chat (via dialup)..they were like "how are you talking to me now"...duh! Like they didn't understand there's other ways to connect other than their cable :p
