When it comes to worst bonus features I have to stick with slots like JATB (Netent) never hit more than 15x stake I think.
And expanding harps and wilds?Ye only in my dreams.
Also I wish to nominate good old "I suck you dry like Ghandi's flipflops" Gonzo's Quest (Netent).
Once it took 1500+ spins to get the free falls and that gave me like 10 quid.
I know this one can go wild but never did for me.

On the other hand,also one of my favourite slots today,Raging Rhino (WMS) can get very nasty although it at least has a x10 bet bonus guarantee feature in case you cannot get a x10 bet pot accumulated with your free spins.
Last week I hit 8 Free Spins and ended up with 46!!!!!!! free spins due to several retriggers but from those 43 were NON winning spins!!!!
Lovely slot and you can hit it big but it can also be a giant biatch.

Been playing BDBA for about 5 months now. In that time I can estimate I got the bonus round minimum 30 times. I was really fed up with this game for the first 3 months because of how ridiculously crap the base game was and the bonus game was quite a joke too - just seemed hitting anything of value was never going to happen. Stopped playing this slot for about 1.5 months and the last time I played it with the intent of just finishing a $5 balance after a $100 withdraw (i.e I just planned on busting out and I wanted to play a 9-liner). My first choice reel steal was playing up so I ended up on BDBA.

Turned out to be the best thing because I was betting at 0.09p and my balance grew from about $5 to $10 in about 20 spins. So I upped my bet to a risky stake of 0.18p (lol) and got the bonus round and assuming I would get a typical x5 or less I did not even pay attention - went to browse the web on another tab. Well came back to the game and was shocked as hell to see I hit something for about x2000 and won $375 of 0.18p.

Have not touched BDBA since as this game is just all too much for me really. It feels like I wont hit something like that again in BDBA unless I am willing to commit myself to about another 30 sessions of solid playtime and having to go through about 30 bonus rounds of crap just to be able to get the diamond in a field of rubbish. It may happen again and it may not but truth be told I wasn't there to see the win (as I was browsing the web) and although the payouts are among the best when you are winning its a huge test of patience and money to get there.

My advice - play this slot when you have less than 0.18p in your balance!

EDIT - actually ignore my advice play Dead or alive instead if you only got 0.18p!

You've achieved better than I have then the best win I've had inside the feature is just over x500 5 piles of coins with a wild at 27p bet think this pays out £150 yes that's great but it would be nice if the game would give me even just 5 10s with a wild a bit more often hell 4 10 with wild even! Just doesn't win frequently enough. Regardless how careful you are. As for comparing it to DOA and Reel Steal well I'd say Reel Steal just as bad and Dead or Alive is better! I can re-call far more +100x free sessions on DOA.

I have to agree - out the bunch dead or alive is FAR better than BDBA or reel steal. At least when things are going south with the balance I always feel that DOA can have that moment to bring you back up - it is quite possible to hit nice wins in the base game and even a few sticky wilds in the bonus games - if they come early - usually means you will get something out of it. Getting the scattered symbols in free spin in BDBA/reel steal is no guarantee of anything - if its going to play shit an extra 20 spins will not do anything. I would not even be confident having $100 to start with betting on 0.09p that I would hit anything over x100 in BDBA or real steal - I would be confident that I could though on DOA.

Just me view Though for some odd reason I really like real steal and have a dream of hitting something nice in the bonus round hehehe

Ye mate,I was stunned and very surprised myself.
It kept retriggering but could not land any winning combinations,not even lower ones like 9's 10's and that kind of symbols.
And knowing 1 good spin can give you a whopping win on this slot.

But hey,I still love it.

When you put it that I feel terrible for saying the same is bad I've had 5 tanzanites with wild at least 5-6 times now outside free spins though and just about every time it was on 9p bet apart from once when I got them on 18p. Base games ok but free spins is just so vile!

In casino's landbased I play them but the online versions are beyond crap.

Even with such a following on this web site, I must insist this is one of the worst games offering free spins.

Yes some people have posted unbelievable screen shots of 5000x their bet but with the following this game has, including myself, it just doesn't make the cut.

Besides waiting 200 turns to hit the free spin feature, 9/10 times it won't pay squadouch.

I have played this game all week. Letting it run for hours. Nothing. Eats up wager requirement better than all micro gaming slots machines though. Only good thing.

Actually DOA has one of the best free spins for a 9 liner. The base game can be rather dull when it takes a long time to get free spins and the free spins itself will 9/10 times be quite poor to extremely bad but when you land alot of sticky wilds the payout is absolute gold.

You could play all week or even all month and not have any luck on DOA and than in one session you can land multiple free spins back to back for quite a nice sum or even just the one free spin where you get 5 sticky wilds on each reel to progress to stage 2 to get 5 extra free spins and hopefully land a wildline where all the big payouts come from.

I have never got 5 scatters in DOA (best is 4) but I just recently got a double wildline. I never thought I'd hit that so it can/does happen but after 4 months of playing DOA I have only had two free spins wins that I consider memorable. Its quite the high variance game in free spin. I'd be careful about betting any more than 0.90p a spin because the majority of times it will bust you out but the one time it plays nice you will win ALOT.

All the games you have listed too (Immortal Romance, Girls with Gun, Terminator 2) are quite high variance and 243 way slots I find either play poorly most of the time and on the odd occasion that you are lucky on them they will payout quite nicely. Especially immortal romance - when its 'hot' and you are consistently landing 'big wins' and bonus rounds you can turn a low deposit of say $50 into $300 within a space of 30 minutes. All it takes is one nice win in any of the bonus rounds (minus the rolling reel one - that one just takes forever for what is most likely a poor win). Not to mention the 'wild desire' feature - which has the potential to payout massive if you land 4 wild desire reels - though quite rare.

I think 4.50 a spin unless you have a HUGE bankroll is quite suicidal on DOA lol. But yes if you land even 5 sticky wilds on each reel in free spin your going to win ALOT.

The thing is not to play it ALL the time but play it for small sessions - say do 100 spins and see how it goes. If you are above or near your starting balance you can decide whether its worth sticking around. If you are landing free spins consistently it might be worth continuing too. Just spending all your slotting session on DOA is not a good idea in my opinion - its a great game to either start or end your sessions.

I don't remember where I saw this screen shot. If I remember correctly is was max bet and 4 wild reels lit up the board. Payout was 15 k. I don't remember where I saw it but I'll try to remember.

I would have to agree with the other post here, regretfully, Chin Chin on 3Dice - I regret it because it's easily the prettiest slot I have played, but the way it halves your total bonus round win is incredibly dispiriting. And besides which, the bonus round doesn't seem to really pay that well.

I play it now and then, though, just for the heck of it, but that is easily the worst bonus feature of their games, IMO. I guess part of my disappointment with it is that, a bonus round is about WINNING, not winning-then-losing-some, lol. I wish they had merely chosen to apply no end multiplier at all, or else perhaps applying a 2x multiplier every 3rd bonus round...? In that way, you retain the same RTP, but without the sourness that a 1/2 multiplier leaves you with.
