    Just got this via email:

    177%

    No Play Through
    No Max Cash-Out

    Redeem coupon: VIPLUCKY7
    (Redeem Coupon Unlimited Times)
Required deposit of $25 or more

    100%+ 77% CASH BACK!

    Slots & Keno only!

Typical RTG "Let's screw you" bonus offer. Why else would they put in the "redeem coupon unlimited times" remark? Only an RTG that has the lame "bonus to deposit ratio" rule. That's why it's 177% instead of 100%.

and lmao @ the 2x max cashout for the 2nd offer.

I suspect the number "177%" and code name VIPLUCKY7 more relates to today's date (7/7/07). The Virtual Group has these types of offers on a regular basis. With the bonus being non-cashable and the game restrictions, the typical player will have a net loss. Be sure to read and understand the full promotional rules before claiming such a bonus.

I got the same offer. It is our dear friend Chris @ VIP Lounge.

I opted out of their email months ago, but he recently decided to start filling my mailbox with these offers again.

That x1 max is just totally LUDICROUS!

If there was ever a case for saying playing without a bonus is a better bet - this is it!
Which cretin came up with those terms...?

well they are giving your losses back to you, only you have to earn them and stand no chance of winning. i'd say it still beats making a fresh deposit (at least in that casino) though. not that we'd ever play there...

:D I just had to post it.. I was ROTFLMAO when I read it... it's...yes ludicrous but totally beyond belief... and would be a huge waste of time!
I like to play, but not ever again would I take a chance of playing and investing so much time... to chase something that isn't there.
(Kind of like the dog track and the little stuffed rabbit! If those dogs wanna run... then they are gonna run. But they are never gonna catch the rabbit! )

Geez this is really laughable. They make it so complicated i guess they think most peoples wont really understand what all this really means and proceed to make a deposit.

Then suprise, surprise if you get lucky and want to withdraw, you cannot ! Did'nt you read what was said ? You mean i have to understand all that ? Oups i tought i did, but no.

Well personally i never play with bonuses, most of the time it's so rigged toward the casino, you'll have a better chance at winning something if you don't bother. You win then you can withdraw, no questions asked, no restrictions.

well of course you'd play it like a sticky, bet the wad and if you get up to 5x then grind away as low as you can tolerate. or if you wanna bend the rules get some sap to grind out the hands for you, or use autoclicker on something like war/baccarat and piss off to do something else. it's money you already lost anyway, why not try to get some back? or if we all play it as a team and share our profits, surely a FEW of us can get a positive result :thumbsup:

Despite the ridiculousness of the promo, they can still be a money machine if you play them right. Take one of the absurd bonuses, play in such a way that you will likely bust out quickly or double up quickly, then grind out the WR.

Not examining those particular deals too carefully (I'm bonus-banned from the Virtual group), then if you're playing table max, you can have an expected value of a few hundred dollars per deposit, and if you can deposit using the bonus until you eventually win, you're talking serious money. The hard part is parsing through all the terms.

Note that I am not actually recommend this course of action to anyone, as the emotional trauma may not be worth the financial gains.

Of course, you've got the usual problems with any of the Virtual Group, they'll take a few months to pay you, and they'll bonus-ban you after you do this a few times. And if you're from the Netherlands, you're hosed.

Plus, a 177% bonus for slots-only is fairly lame by virtual group standards.

    ......

but ya know, since these huge bonuses seem to be soo vulnerable to abuse, I wonder how well the Virtual Group actually fares with these? How many players try to take advantage of the bonus, but get tripped up in terms? How many are compulsive, so it just doesn't matter? And how many play without bonus?
