TonyBet casino stalling on payouts?

Just a general warning to people not to trust this casino for now as they are messing me around on a small payout.
It may just be a one off but the series of events makes it seem very likely they are stalling payouts ion customers they have profiled are likely to reverse withdrawal.

This after I have played and $650 I could of withdrawn previously and no bonus involved.
I mention that because A) It is obvious I am genuine player and B) That I am prepared to playthrough winnings and not withdraw (which is why I believe they are now stalling on payment hoping I will reverse.

First off before playing I uploaded my iD and proof of address which were the requested documents on site.
Not long after it stated they were approved in my profile.
I played a few times making deposits via skrill before finally making a withdrawal request.
Next day I received an email stating proof of address was required!
I checked my account and sure enough it was requesting this again even though it had approved before?
I sent in again and this time it was denied because the one I sent in was dated March 2015 (too old apparently)
They also requested a screen shot of my skrill account.
I sent both in reply to the emails and also uploaded again on the website where now there was also the option to upload proof of billing.
Again it didn't take long before they were approved.
Today I got an email saying proof of address was now verified but I hadn't sent proof of billing (Skrill)!!!
I sent it both by reply to email and uploaded where it said verified along with my address and ID but I checked today and again it is requesting proof of billing on the site.
I was so angry by now that I uploaded my address again by mistake this time but I also resent by email my Skrill along with forwarding the original complete with Skrill screenshot attached.

For me this is a very obvious delaying with the verification and no doubt it will continue now I have lost my patience witht hem and posted here but I would rather warn people of such shoddy business practices.
I wonder if Tony G knows his Casino is doing this with customers?

It is possible they are grossly incompetent but I doubt it.
I will probably also follow this up through the UKGC but has anyone else played at this site and have you had any issues or have you had a compelely opposite experience and swift hassle free payout?

Update

So I have just received another email saying my account is now verified and payment will be processed.
It seems they wanted a screenshot of personal info on Skrill not the actual transactions with their casino which seems counterintuitive?
Anyway I sent that screenshot and it was approved within the hour. Not sure what thee issues with the uploads on the site were.
They also stated my payment will be processed within 12 hours so in light of this (and assuming I am now paid promptly) I think a warning is too harsh. Just be aware I had some initial issues and they are asking for more ID and documents (never been asked for personal info screenshot of Skrill before) than most casinos I play.

If the mods want to remove this thread I have no issue as my initial complaint seems to have been promptly dealt with since but I wanted update so as not to be misleading.

Final Edit.
Funds were in my account within the hour once all the issues were ironed out.
Very likely this was just an unfortunate series of disconnected issues and misunderstandings, just be aware of the extra ID that may be required before cashout.

I signed up and received none of the bonus that was on offer, No replay from help so will not see 1p of me

Hate to say it, but my withdrawal requests are being mucked about as well. Documents submitted over a month ago, but made first withdrawal request a few days back. Request denied as they wanted further documents (some were duplicates of what was already submitted), so sent these off. I then get an e-mail saying about a technical issue and my withdrawal request was again rejected and to submit it again. I done this earlier today and surprise surprise, rejected again as a 'Transaction Type 69', whatever that means! Have now submitted another request and e-mailed them asking what is wrong, but no response just yet. I also hasten to add that there are £1.50 charges for each withdrawal request if there is one already being processed, which I don't know if they are getting refunded each time!

Alas this thread dont surprise me! Tried Tony Bet a few months back.
Utter crap! They messed up a bonus then attached play through remaining
onto a second (foolish) clean deposit.

CS were useless and arrogant and in the end i just wanted my money back out.
Had to clear win ratio and then ran for the exit.

Took me a week with multiple documents submitted (same ones I have used at numerous casinos and all recent ) to get
them to process the withdraw. Which was like 50 quid. Pathetic attempts to stall in the desperate hope I would reverse!!
Which glad to say I did not and was not even tempted. Would hate to win a big amount with tonybet. Can only imagine
what misery that would bring in trying to get yer coin out!

Terrible set up. Closed my account and sent a filthy email into them giving my reasons. Got Zero response.

TonyBet is one to avoid in my view! Much better places that this.

I signed up here a few months ago but thankfully the NetEnt games didn't load so I didn't deposit.

I was also asked for I'D straight away so I did this and then about a month later I got an email asking me to send in my I'D. I fired off a cheeky email saying that if they had checked my account they would have seen that I already did this and that I wouldn't deposit anyway as their NetEnt didn't work. They replied saying that my I'D had been accepted.

Out of curiosity, I tried their NetEnt again and they still weren't working. I emailed about this and was told that they were having issues and that I would be mailed as soon as they were working.

I also found chat to be stand-off-ish and unhelpful so they won't be seeing a penny from me.

Thank You TonyBet

Credit where is due, Quick enough to mention bad when things do not go right but listen to this,

Received an email yesterday with £3, before I knew it I had hit some small wins on genie wild, So moved machines and got a few more wins, I thought its got to be worth £10 deposit so thats what I done, Withdraw £130 at 16:38, As its been mentioned they wanted I.D when first signed up so took a look and they had my proof of addy and picture (confirmed) , So up loaded up a screenshot of my skrill account,

I have just received a email by skrill 09.08am and all the funds are in there :)

So a big  from me, I would not of made a deposit due to not receiving that sign up bonus, But as I got a win from the £3 free it was worth a try

Hi good win  and glad you got your money fast.

They are though still allot of complaints about this casino if you do a search. Things may have improved though who knows but I have read allot of negative stuff about them. But makes no odds to me as im SE until 2046 or something insane like that  but congrats on the win!

Cheers mate, It was worth the risk for £10, I haven't heard much about them except the few bits on here, It looks like there a stand alone casino/betting site, going by the UKGC licence, I needed some sort of luck :) but I can count on one hand how many times I have run into problems in many of years of playing,

I will have a search later about them and see what comes up,

Well yeah in the end of the day you won and got the moolah in your account so all is good. And as I said my info could be out of date.
But my experience with them was horrible in fact it ranks as one of the top 5 worst I had in well over 10 /12 years of squandering my coin (and time) online

Buy a 6 pack of Real Ale n Enjoy

Any update on this casino? Heard it was sold to a highly legitimate company, but reading their TC’s are confusing. Am wondering if they are a trustworthy outfit to play livecasino at.

I’m just trying to figure out if there is a max on deposits, a max on withdrawals, the fees (if any), if there are max wins per account somewhere embedded in their TC’s? I can’t seem to find out a lot of info at all.
