Most of Meister's other accreditted casino have either Telephone support
or instant chat support and it seems only you don't provide these services.

I'm having a connection problem, which personally requires instant help, but
your support doesn'r respond ( from my past experience even though they do,
they are slow ) or return the e-mail very slowly.

PLEEEEEEASE, YOU IT IS ONLY YOU WHO DON'T PROVIDE US WITH THESE
SERVICES!.

Actually, responsive email support (which Inetbet is), is way better then some outsourced phone support, which leads to some call center, where the operators have no clue about anything.

At least you know Inetbet reps are the ones who are responding to the e-mails and they do have the access and the ability to act upon your e-mail. Unlike outsourced phone support, which can only relay messages to those in charge at the casino.
