Hi Made withdraw last night was pending. They requested documents which I sent but also reversed my withdraw.
Which they should not have done. Have emailed support but no reply as of yet. Even with documents outstanding
should not be reason to reverse a pending withdraw back to the account. Tried to find an active rep here but looking at Tivoli casino seems that Matt is now showing as "former" rep.

edit - resubmitted seems i need to choose the withdraw method on the next page which I did not do first time myBad ;) just waiting on documents to be approved )

My account was verified in 24 hours and got the money after 2-hours!
 
Hi yes seems fine just waiting on the documents to be passed. I heard they are pretty quick once account is verified. So no worrys
 
Well documents were approved within a few hours. Yesterday morning. But withdraw still pending. No worrys they just not as fast as some other places. Seems like they stick to a 48 hour pending period. I will update Minions section when I get the money.

But one thing that has pissed me off. The email they sent me saying docs approved and that I will get a confirmation when my withdraw is processed
also included the below line quote :

"Until you receive said confirmation, you are free to make the funds immediately available on your account again. Simply log into your account on our site and go to My Account – My Transactions. "

Personally I dislike any attempt to try entice a player to "reverse" and if there is one way to ensure I wont reverse its stuff like the above.
 
At least they confirmed your docs was appoved first, Still bad but if they sent a message to say we received and we will let you know feel free to reverse than that would be a shambles,

Like KK pointed out Lucas is the rep now & will do he's best to sort out, I had a deposit the other day and had some problems, The currency keep changing, I was told its a MG problem, I do not care whos problem it is because if I deposit £ and thats my currency than that's what I want to see, Also had no end of games error, It really was unpleasant to play, Normally no problems but this time its put me of for a while, But not had many deposit there anyway
