    I have a withdrawal pending with Tivoli since last Thursday. CS can't tell me why it's still pending and hasn't been processed.

    I've sent a message to the forum rep Matt, but he doesn't seem to have been around recently.

    Is anyone else experiencing delays?

    Bryan has been on the road and otherwise occupied so I've taken the initiative to down-grade Matt's account to "Dormant". That should do it. :D

    It looks as if Lucas has sorted this out.
    Apparently there was a technical problem, however the funds have now been returned to my account so I have processed the withdrawal again.
