I have a withdrawal pending with Tivoli since last Thursday. CS can't tell me why it's still pending and hasn't been processed.

I've sent a message to the forum rep Matt, but he doesn't seem to have been around recently.

Is anyone else experiencing delays?

Tagging Matt's account as dormant would be helpful to prevent this from happening. I will report this thread to the Admins. Thanks Lucas for jumping in.

It looks as if Lucas has sorted this out.
Apparently there was a technical problem, however the funds have now been returned to my account so I have processed the withdrawal again.
