fools for playing any casino that doesn't pay right away . just fools maybe you guys deserve it becuse there have been so many warnings about rival casinos. but you still play there

Very NOT nice to call people fools in a public forum.......and instead of some vague reference to warnings about rivals.....back it up by posting some facts about whatever it is that you are alluding to and then you might get some respect.

Of course I realize this thread is full of complaints...duh! I called you out for calling people fools! Not nice at all!

By the way butterass.....all anyone needs to do is look at your posting history. Not exactly shining examples of content or interesting topics. I think it can be summed up by thoughtless rude one liners.

Maybe you ought to know that posters who call other members fools/morons arent respected here either. This forum contains a lot of rude posts too. I would have thought you also read those posts for the past 4 months.

Another thread has shown that Rival have removed ACH as a withdrawal option. This might explain delays for some withdrawals, however it contradicts what we have been told by the TIV rep, that this was simply a temporary glitch soon to be solved.
I rather suspect that the problem goes far deeper, and is related to problems the processor is having making certain types of payments due to UIGEA. They need to come clean about this, not, as seems the case, sit on the cash-in for weeks and then say "can't do it, try another method".

UIGEA does NOT explain problems outside of the US though, so it seems there are two types of problem, and little evidence that all has been fixed.

There certainly have been warnings, but an equal measure of praise also, so it is hard to tell whether Rival are "rogue", or just incompetent (as are many casino support and banking departments, even for reputable casinos).

"Rogue" indicates a state where the casino is DELIBERATELY creating, or inventing, problems and excuses to avoid payment;
whereas "incompetent" is where poor internal communications, inept staff, and unclear rules create a catalogue of errors that results in players not getting paid, and promises being broken, or replies from one CS member contradicted by another.

Rival, "Rogue" or "incompetent" - we don't really know yet.
 
Sorry to get back late peoples, I finally got paid on the 2nd. I requested my withdrawal from patasia on the 21st of may and they asked for my identification. It took 10 days just to sort that out and was geting worried as I felt they were stalling paying me. I got an email on the 2nd saying everything is approved and I got paid the same day so alls good.

I deposited $100 claimed a 50% bonus 12times deposit and cashed out $515.Got some great hits on scary rich (well $223 was my best off $3 spins).
I played some others and got some great hits to cashout what I did.
 
Seems like it is running smoother at TiV now.
Had 2 smaller cashouts (150 - 200$) within the last 2 weeks and they were both processed within 48 hours including the 24 hour reversal period which is good enough for me :thumbsup:.

Hope it stays this way.

Also got a 200$-NoDeposit-Birthday Bonus / 10 x WR today which I fullfilled :D

I cashed out on June 1 at 8:30am using QT. As of 12:30 pm june 5 I am still not paid. Their cashout page says up to 48 hours...what a joke.
 
the more I read of these casinos not honoring their commitments, delaying payments, refusing bonuses for nonsense reasons, etc, the more convinced I'm becoming that I should just stick to CandyLand with my neighbors' 4-year-old.

At least when she cheats, I don't lose money.
 
Yes I agree, It does become annoying when you can deposit money fine and the casino's make sure that area is working fine, But when it comes to withdrawals well that's a different kettle of fish altogether.
They are stalling and dont seem to make there withdrawal process or lack there of a proirity for themselves.
They dont get that it hurst them more with all the negative feedback they get becuase of the long withdrawal process.
Why dont they just change there webpage saying we are experiencing problems and your withdrawal could take this long ( and put the maximum amount of time instead of the least).
I bet you people will still play there if they like the slots.

After you been here a while you see that casino's dont like to voluntarily give out information in some areas but will spam the shit out of you in others,
Makes you wonder doesnt it.

So far only one casino do I know of I feel 100% comfortable at. and its the one with the least amount of withdrawals- the thing is they are always aboove board and tell EVERYONE in advance of any potential problems.
They never stall in anything and assist in the best possible outcome.
