My username in titancasino is krjukovsv

I deposited inDecember 2013 50eur in titanbetcasino and get auto bonus(I cant reject it)I played KinkKong game and won 1400 eur also fullfilled their bonus conditions.Week ago I played again KingKong game and won 1500 eur more.So I had 2900 eur on my titancasino account and I requested withdrawl for 1500 eur.
After couple days I get email


As part of our verification and security process, may we request you to send us the following:
1. A photo of you holding your valid ID (Passport or Driver's License) that shows your photo, name, signature and expiration date.
2. A photo of you holding your proof of address (utility bill or bank statement that shows your name, address, company logo) issued within the last three months


I sent all rquested documents and after 3 days get email

You must however assure yourself and CM that you didn't go over the $15 stake at any time until the wagering requirement was cleared. If not, then justifying not paying you by using your play at other sites NOT in their group is plain wrong. As they probably wouldn't know about your play at sites other than their own group, I think they are saying in a roundabout way that you are an 'advantage player' which if you played slots is nonsense especially if King Kong.

These terms STINK but they are there and will be heavily relied upon by casinos who habitually avoid paying people.

I dont now how much I bet on December because titancasino didnt provide me screenshot with this bets.But I know I deposited 50 eur on 20.12.13
and won 1171 eur and met rollover.And now in 1 March I won more than 1800 eur with bets for 10 eur each and I have screenshots with this bets.
On last email titancasino dont speak about bets equal or more than 15 eur....
