Tired of trying to online gamble in USA

Slowly but surely even the "great" ones are declining in service. I had accounts at most of the accredited casinos, but I have been slowly closing accounts as the customer service declined at most of them. I am down to one site, that I am willing to spend my money with. They were the most hassle - free, best customer service one in my experience. Now having a withdrawal "disappear" in route to me, and it's like no big deal to them. I am just about done with it all...it's just not worth the headaches anymore.

Sorry to hear this. Interestingly enough, I've only really gotten into gambling online in the last year and I've personally never had a better experience. I used to only play poker in the big rooms, but have since expanded my game, and have had very little issues anywhere. Maybe you need to PAB, or expose where you are playing that you are having issues? Are any other players having issues? Regardless, I sure hope things turn around for you.

It's so absolutely disgusting in the supposed "Land of the Free" that such a simple pastime is so difficult to pursue. Hang in there, it looks like we are starting to come around in a couple of States. I can say, here in NJ, the system works flawlessly for me and I truly hope the rest of the States get their act together soon too.

As a footnote, even though I have full regulated gaming available I still skip over to 3Dice occasionally where I have never had a single hiccup that could not be solved virtually immediately by their fine CS staff.

The state of online gambling laws in the US and other countries where it is prohibited or limited sums up the total hypocrisy of politics. It must be very frustrating for you guys who have to put up with it. I've even found the recent law changes in the UK to be a pain in the bum.

You know if the casino has a rep here at the forum, s/he may be able to help with the problem.

On the note of such irritations.... I haven't played in a couple of years because I've grown very tired of RTG in general and no longer have the time or patience for hoop jumping - not to mention the expense of depositing and withdrawing. It just hasn't been fun for me in a very long time.

I have put up with business practices that I would never put up with in "real life".

I mean requiring certified mailing service on a withdrawal, which I pay for, and I can't have the tracking number.....SMH

I like to play slots to escape work not have more. So unless it becomes seamless its not worth it. 3 years for me next month since I tried the RTGs and don't even miss them.

I'll go the land casino but sometimes that can become frustrating as well; the slot machine won't take the bill or won't take the cashout slip, the bill changers are all down, there is one cashier open and 20 people in line.

Last time I went, over the new years holiday the damn bank security blocked my card after 1 atm wd. Same card I've used a hundred times before. I guess it was because I didn't got for few months prior.

Unfortunately, I left the phone in the car and it was parked way, way up in the 2nd tier parking lot. I was tired and just headed home, called them and they unblocked the card.

I know what you mean, I enjoy the quickness of the bit coin casino on payouts however I do also go back to rtg sites and slots.lv along with bovada

Anyway looking forward to my trip to Vegas in April

If you're expecting a check, sign up at the 3 major couriers, set up your notification preferences. They will let you know when something is coming and when to expect it. You will no doubt receive notification from them well before the casino receives their batch of tracking #'s from processor.

I wish I could but it's coming USPS and they won't give me the tracking number (certified), even though I have to pay for the certified mail. It's been over a week since it was sent. They said they would track it for me as of 4:00 am this morning, they never got back to me. I imagine I will be waiting until Monday to hear anything. I am so mad.

If I remember correctly the casinos usually receive tracking #s from the processor in a big batch... and that's only something like once a week or so.

I do hope you hear something soon. Try not to stress over it too much - it's not good for your health, and worry and aggravation do nothing to make something happen faster. Good luck

The casino he is talking about doesn't do it that way Mousey. Atleast I don't think they do. I know what casino he is talking about.

To the OP@ This happened to me a year or so ago. Be patient, they will track it. It is going to take a bit of time but they will do what they have to do to make sure you get paid.

Keep us posted.

I was given the tracking number yesterday (which I was told I couldn't have earlier....but now I can? weird) and told to go to local post office and figure it out on my own. Like I have time for that.. So I called USPS waited for 40 minutes to actually talk to someone, they are going to investigate, but won't start till Tuesday.

At this point, we'll see what happens. The money will not make or break me, so I am going to stop stressing over it...

So... if you go to US post office online and run the tracking number....? Yeah tomorrow is a holiday and will delay the post office's looking into it.

And for people that think it's unecessary to worry about a package getting 'lost'.... it happens...

Few years ago a monitor I ordered for work never showed up. Everyone tracked it to our post office, but it wasn't marked as received by them, and certainly never delivered to us at work. Took mounds of paperwork and phone calls and trips to the post office but finally got a replacement from the vendor. As far as I know it was never found .... except... a year and half after that happened the mail carrier for our route was arrested for mail theft. So it happens. That's why the tracking #'s - regardless of shipping agent used - are so important.

Did you finally get your winnings?

I was a little disappointed in the way the casino handled this, kind of gave me the impression they were like, "Sorry, we sent it, you take it from there" kind of attitude. Not something I ever thought I would see from this establishment.

Yes, I did. I got it on Monday. So weird that once I called USPS and they started "investigating", the package is suddenly in my town. Although it was the post office's fault, I do think it could've been handled better on the casino's end. Overall experience there has been good, so will continue there, but this incident is definitely "going in their file". ;)

Did your package look as if it had been opened? The post office is not above 'investigating' individual packages... checking them for drugs or cash. Just curious.

Glad you finally got it!

That's wonderful. They must of made a special trip too because most mail service was not delivered due to the holiday although I did see a mail truck in my neighborhood too
