This practice isn't limited to online casinos it would seem- there is a long article in the Independant today about the scandal of restaurant workers and so on not getting their fair of the 'service charge' applied to your bill. There are even some examples whereby they get nothing!

If I'm tipping someone for their service to me, it's only right that they benefit entirely, not some restaurant owner/ casino owner looking to stretch their already considerable income (certainly compared to the croupier/ waiter.)

It's is a sorry situation indeed.

Fair enough, not very clear, but the "Group" does share some of the tips with the dealers.
How very kind of them. What %age do the dealer's get? Its irrelevant whether or not the dealers are well paid- by taking tips that clearly players did not intend to be shared between the group and licensees, casinos are cheating players as well as dealers.
