I had an awesome last month with wins over 100k on land based casino and over a few 10ks in online casinos.

But it seems my luck has dried up (Not complaining, just stating the facts). No matter what I play and where I play it is just absolute rubbish. I play in about 6 really good casinos here 4 MGs and 2 others (Well reputed so wont mention). The reason I didn't mention the Casinos is because I don't want people to get the wrong idea as it is not the casinos fault that I am having a bad run. Done about 20k in the last 2 weeks in these casinos at varied deposits with really really bad results. Forget about bonuses and big hits, I am talking about 100s of clicks with nothing and when it is like that on big bets it hurts even when you can spend.

So just an explanation why I will be taking a break not worried about the money lost as I won a bit last month... just not getting the rush or entertainment.

I will still be here but just not betting for a bit and concentrate on my businesses :)

Good Luck All!

Agreed, we all experienced this kind of "abnormality". Repeating itself over and over......
I do not think this is a casino problem but rather the design of software.
It has happened 5 times in the past 12 months to me. I am currently experiencing the 6th as I had a big hit last week.

Good on you, take a break.

I have no such will power, so I just put up with it and play even harder...

Anyway, 32red casinos are only casinos I played at, so I won from them then put the money back, but the fun stay with me...

Cheers

Congratulations on your barren spell Sunny. It means you will come to your senses earlier than anticipated after those mammoth wins. Many gamblers feel they have an aura of invincibility after a large win and gradually lose excessively over a lengthy period believing their luck will return. The more it hurts, the earlier you realise its not all rosy.X'Mas is over my friend. See you back in summer though its cold in your place during these months.

Love the way you went about this post mate and not being a typical sore loser :p

Have fun in your break and enjoy the fresh air. But don't be a stranger.. enjoyed your posts and discussing a few topics with you.

Good Luck, Cheers
Matt

Normally after big hit I don't play few days at all :)

Your win was HUGE, so I think you need much longer break! ;)

Have a great time and good luck!

Definitely agree with taking a timeout as there is no worse feeling then playing when you may feel you are chasing a loss. It sounds like you had some pretty big wins offline, which is really good. I generally tend to get bigger wins online, but also haven't had any decent ones recently.

Congrats on knowing when to back off. Enjoy the money you won. Buy something nice, put it in a savings account, whatever...

And remember that the huge wins are the anomaly and not the losses. That means you were lucky. The 'long run' will usually catch up with us the longer we play.

I played a little (very little) during xmas holidays after not depositing for over two years. When that holiday money was gone, pffffft...., I quit again. ... the thrill is gone. You'd probably be surprised at the number of members who aren't playing at all or very little. We just enjoy keeping up with what's going on in the online gambling world.
