Software Complaint Ticket games gets the blame for deposits becomming bonus!

I wanted to ask you people if you are familiar with this problem as I have recently experienced some rether annoying problems with two different groups which I for just being nice wont mentions, even though they froze my 50.000 NOk withdrawal like hustlers!

Problem:
You deposit 100, and all 100 become bonus.

Sollution:
Detect th egame with unfinnished bonusgame and complete it, lose the money and it ok from next round.

But, but now there are a new explernation on the block. It seems that games like Scrooge and Tom Raider sword game and a few other are ticket games, so spinning one spin on one of theese renders your account a sticky bonus until you have completed the ticked game. That is in scrooge, you must complete the whole game.

How dumd does this sound, and how sneaky and moronic behaviour is it if this were the case. Either I am missing something here, which is that MG really do not care at all for theur customers or someone is lying.

What are your thoughts? If you wager all money - zero balance - next deposit should be credits not bonus!

I think I no where you coming from, I not heard of the ticket before but I do no that scrooge and others have a guarantee feature, Meaning if you take a bonus get all the way up to the feature and leave, zero out and than hit the game noing you have built up the feature on there cash, I see alot of casino you canot play theses games with bonus, But they should not be aloud to hold your own cash to ransom, There should be clear instructions if aloud to play the game on bonus,

I can also see where the casino is coming from when doing this & should not be aloud

You weren't building up those features almost to the end, playing off on other games and then depositing afresh to trigger the features were you? Just asking.

Contact the reps of these casinos and ask for clarification. It would be helpful for everyone concerned. If this is a new rule we need to be aware of it.
