Thrills - promotions not working as designed

    Following Tirilej's comment i started this thread to see if there are more players experiencing the same issues.

    The 2 issues i have and these happened multiple times, hence making me think that this is a ongoing problem which Thrills seem to be unable or unwilling to get sorted, are:

    Bonus-O-Metre
    - chests do not unlock
    - CS has to escalate to Promo Team
    - days pass to receive then an answer
    - and mostly still wrong amount of bonus rounds added and/or unlocked bonus funds not credited

    Purchase match bonuses
    - Bonus box checked
    - After deposit no bonus added
    - CS has to add manually but they are not available 24/7
    - if you made your deposit outside the hours and decided to play your funds CS will not credit the bonus chips after you lost your deposit.
    - had it once credited as "good will gesture", thank you very much, how kind of you...NOT :eek: get your promos right then there won't be an issue.

    Anybody else having these problems??

    P.S. I have not send a PM to Erik since he has not answered to my last one.

    I've read about others having the same problems as you many times before so I thought with a thread they have to do something to make it work.

    Also I get angry when I hear about reps who doesn't respond. I know Erik is a great guy who have a lot to do, but he should still take the time to respond even if it's just to say....I'm checking and get back to you later. So with this thread he have to reply, here or in pm :)

    I've stopped playing there. If you can't afford to play for a month or two, your offers gets so bad that you don't want to take them. Great way of saying please come back and play...not;)

    Yea, how about those stupid promos. Deposit today and you get free spins tomorrow. Why would you bother depositing when there are other casinos that credit you instantly. And yes, i too have been caught out by the correct checking of promo box during deposit only to find it wasnt added then having to wait bloody half a day to get someone online.

    I have had constant problems with this for months.

    Sometimes the required bonuses do not make a difference to the meter so I have to contact CS.

    When I unlock a treasure chest it disappears and does not give me a bonus - EVER.

    I asked the rep to fix this, and was pretty wound up, after a bit of back and forth, all that happened was the amount was credited, no mention why it went wrong and no fix as it is still happening.

    Customer service on the site are cold, and pretty unhelpful, and half the time have no idea what the bonus bar thing even is.

    I just cba anymore.

    OH YES, and their live chat are barely on, and when you send an email, they don't reply. If they do it takes hours.

    I gotta chime in too, I always assumed Thrills was highly regarded by players and I did find that verification and payments are indeed fast and hassle-free.

    Yet ask them a basic question regarding a bonus query via email (due to the aforementioned CS chat facility - or LACK THEREOF) and it will take you about four attempts before you get a straight answer out of them, to the point of losing your cool with them completely.

    Don't really care if they are trying their best, or are busy etc, 24hr chat is the industry standard by now. And I don't expect sarcy or unhelpful comments from their CS, or a resolution to my query on the fourth attempt when one should have sufficed.

    Hire better staff or get with the programme!

    I told them quite some time ago to amend their promotions so that technical flaws are less likely to happen. Especially the promotion with the treasure chests is buggy far to often. The chat agents are rather capable with crediting bonuses but they can't credit the free spins from the chests.

    They asked me WHEN I hit several bonus rounds. Apart from the fact I don't make notes about that, I imagine the poor guy that sits there and checks your game-log for the bonus rounds to credit manually.

    They really qualify for fall from grace award this year unfortunately. They started brilliantly. Great promotions and very little trouble. Then the Every Matrix issues happened, I had a ton of technical issues with crashing games and so on. They are still top-notch in terms of withdrawal speed and I feel save to play there but they never really got back to their immaculate reputation. What a pity!

    Worst thing is that Erik is not active at all. Very hard to understand what's going on with these guys.

    payments not so fast had one there for two days £200, first time i shall add , they had payment problems asked why it wasn't paid back to neteller & they said the same , quickly reversed it & did stupid bets to waste it , so havnt played there since shouldnt have to run to Erik to get this sorted ( cs normally can solve these issues.

    Same here Harry. It's very rare that if I tick the promotion box, the offered bonus is added automatically.

    Luckily CS have usually been there to add it manually for me but it's a pain. They often say that its just as well I hadn't started to gamble any of the deposit or they wouldn't have been able to add the bonus.

    I tend to avoid them these days.

    I too have had the problem with the Treasure Chest promotion earlier in the year. After a long email conversation I never did get my second Chest reward :(

    Rarely play there now, and if I do I don't bother with the Treasure or the bonus.

    Same technical issues and poor CS. Coupled with their discriminatory wagering for UK players of 5x wagering (and 10x for E-wallet users), for not a great many free spins anyway, I also avoid these days. The shocking RTP ive had on this site hasn't particularly helped to ease the pain.

    First of all sorry for the hassle you all have experienced with our Promos. We recently had a deployment with bug fixes that was supposed to have sorted these problems out, so if possible write here or PM me when you experience the problems so i can check if it was before or after. With the recent fix these issues should have been sorted, but I want to make sure that it stil isnt anyone with issues.

    Had the issue with the Bonus-O-Metre last time on 28th December. Bonus rounds were not added, chests did not open and bonus credits were not credited.

    I'm a regular player at Superlenny and you sometimes offer freespins for deposits. Now I've read about the term to wager your deposit 5-10 times (10 times when you use Skrill or Neteller).

    Is this rule for UK players or for all players? As far as I have understand it, it seems to be for all players.

    More issues with the Bonus meter not working then after 4 days I many chats apparently I have free spins on TCFBL butttt that game has not loaded ever since it was added to the list of bonus meter games....at least for me so still battling to get these free spins......sigh

    TCFBL doesn't even come up if I try to search for it independently....Id be interested if anyone else can load it as I have tried everything , even my daughters computer that has never had any casino games ever loaded on it to dispel the history/ cache theory.
