It seems like several of these cases are related to multiple accounts from the same IP.

Some of those Facebook messages are pretty abusive as well in my opinion.

Thrills has a rep on this forum. I have given him a heads up about this thread.

I'm Swedish but I'm probably too old for that place. I can't say I liked the language. It was more for kids.
Don't know if it's the same in English though so I better be quiet

The complaints I read on those Swedish forums I wouldn't believe in for a second. I do hope the woman will get a better explanation for what have happened to her, no matter what. If they translated the rules too then maybe their customers at least could try to understand them.

Yes I agree.

They do have a "Safe Play" section where I believe players should be able to set different limits. But it is currently being re-directed to their terms and conditions so I am sure they will take care of it soon.

Thrills went live only a few days ago as you know so probably a few bugs to fix here and there.

Hopefully the rep can give us some more info.

1. Not way to see amount of deposit in transaction history
Currently a bug where the amount is not shown, will be fixed ASAP.

2. No option to "take a break" or "set deposit limit"
Option is available from "Play Safe" only that the anchor link to the correct part is broken. Will be fixed ASAP. For now you can navigate to paragraph 6.6 where you can set both Deposit, Loss, Wager, Session limits plus self exclusion with the option for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year.

3.Did not respect my request for closing account(still being able to deposit after the date I closed it)
This I will look into, ofcourse you deposits should be blocked after you requested it. We will annul all deposits you have made from the time you requested your deposits blocked, and you should see the money back in your payment method by mid next week. Also please feel free to PM me anytime if you have any questions.

4.50x wager requirements on bonus
Yes the wager req. is on the bonus amount only, not on the dep+bonus amount as many other sites have. On the reload bonus it is 35x on the bonus amount.

Sorry to hear you dont like the layout of the casino, are there some areas in particular you do not like? Or is it the general look and feel you dont like? Is there anything you would like us to change?

Regarding the threads and links you have posted,
The first link with the blog we have seen aswell, and we also found it a bit strange that the posts were made a couple of months before we even opened our casino. We have been contacting the blog owner to try to see what actually is going on.

Regarding the complaint we have received about closing peoples accounts, I can of course not go into every personal case here in the forum, but in general the only time we close account is when people have been clearly abusing and breaking T&C. If anyone here feels they have been wrongfully treated please please PM me your thrills.com username and I will take a look into it.

I'm sure some people like the language. I'm just not one of them. I've never spoken like that and I believe anything written should be in a professional way to get people to trust you. If you speak and write like an adult I trust you more than if you don't. It doesn't mean it have to be boring

That's just my opinion and as I said I'm probably too old to get it

The website has a really retro feel and the colors are sort of 50's style, like the old Harley Heritage or vintage cars with fins. It doesn't really look like a casino site though - or at least not what people are used to seeing, maybe it will grow on us.

Personally I don't mind the 'friendly' language, the terms and the important stuff are written in a professional manner. The only thing that jarred a bit for me is that one part where it says "..you'll get 50 Free spins on Starburst as icing on the cake. Smooth sailing!" and I was like, "What does icing (or cake) have to do with sailing?"

50x Wagering requirement? Is this true?
50x Wagering Requirement is really excessive for a deposit bonus.
I know casinos that run no deposit bonuses with a 50x wagering requirement for obvious reasons so that people don't actually meet the requirements.
For a deposit bonus its a bit much especially for a new casino because people will just go deposit some place else where the wagering is decent.
You can surely find other NetEnt carrying casinos offering an average of 35 times and below.
If I were them, its the first thing I'd look into changing.
