No in a word. As they are not licensed by the UKGC and technically said operators are not allowed to accept UK players as they have no licence. So these operators are actually breaking UK law by taking UK players without a UKGC operator licence.

*Edited to add, I am presuming you mean the rogue casinos which do not have a UK licence, of which unfortunately there are many....

Hmmm, don't all UK casinos come under the category of 'Rogue' these days, at least as far as slots go?
