Now that IS bordering on deceptive! You can't say X wagering and then have zero games that qualify! That is totally ridiculous. Are you 100% sure - or maybe I should say, 90% sure - it's not some card games like 3-card poker and stuff that qualify at 100% as they are not mentioned? Odd if it was though.

This bollocks reminds me of another group on here a while back that someone posted only had 5x WR on a bonus, whereupon it transpired the terms stated slots only contributed 10% or something so it was 50xB.

IF casinos offer a bonus then there MUST be at least one group of games that qualify the headline WR figure, i.e. contribute 100%. Otherwise it's misleading BS advertising.

I haven't seen it in any accredited sites IIRC.

I asked Cassava for clarification on this a while back as I won £12k from some comps I had with them (70X wagering & £3k a month payout too!) They said not to worry as I stated I only play slots. To be fair to them they were as good as their word and I cleared the wagering only playing slots. Must add that although £3k a month is slow they have paid with no problems at all and let me just lock my account each month so I don't play too much back, have given them a bit but would have played a lot more back if they just cleared my balance, would not have suspended my account constantly for a start.

When I asked about this I was told bingo counts as 100% I than said but you canot play bingo with casino bonus? So was than fobed of that SOMETIMES they have specials were slots count 100%

Yes, BGO were the ones I was thinking about; like Spintee said, it did used to be (D+B)x5 with slots at 25% (effectively (D+B)x20 for slots).
But like YOU said, when I checked yesterday they have re-written the rules.

However, the WR for the Welcome Bonuses is still the same: (D+B)x20, but the WR for all other follow-on bonuses is slightly lower at only Bx35!

Well sorry to go off OP but speaking of Bgo i'm a little fed up with them, first couldn't deposit, then managed to deposit but bonus wasn't credited, live help unavailable and taking a long time to respond to the emails, think i will just withdraw and play somewhere else for now while they sort out the teething problems of the revamp. Just wanted to give people a heads up as there was no mention of the current issues anywhere on the site before i deposited.

I also don't like the excluded games lists that seem to be ocurring more often.

Most probs due to the changes, But not good if no help is about, Therer are new terms you have to agree to and theres a £2 sitting in my account and x5 wager so £10

Well yes i can understand sometimes places will have technical issues, but during those times in my personal opinion customer support should be stepped up as there are obviously going to be more requiring help, anyway withdrawn it back out and will go else where, just hope the withdrawal doesn't take forever now due to technical problems

Agreed, personally i think casinos should offer 24 hour support via live chat seeing as though they are a 24 hour business. More investment is needed from the providers but not enough realise that a little goes a long way.

Also, 35x bonus with 100% slots is not too bad terms. I think others should move towards 100% contribution to make it more transparent for the player.
