Hahahha I knew before the video even loaded what song you were talking about Forget US, its sweeping the world My teens are forever playing it - heck I woke up to it this morning with my boy, playing it on full bawl. Crikeys, my teens have even taught themselves the dance moves

I saw the US Navy video, and figured out after doing some minor research the guy was Korea.

I saw a video where Ellen asked him to teach Britney Spears and her how do the dance moves.

His basic explanation was to dress up nicely and dance really silly.
