I had a cashout at Win A Day casino weekend of 6/24/2012.

They only process on Wednesdays. The e-mail I received on Wednesday, they mailed it on the 27th, stated to allow 8 -10 business days since it was snail mail.

Got the check in the mail today. 3 business days! Snail mail! No fees!

    I am so surprised.

Yes, both SlotLand & their sister Win-A-Day take USA players.
If you want to try the games for free, I have special free-chip offers for both casinos on my website - see near the top of my USA page (last link in my signature).

SlotLand is actually one of the oldest online casinos - they started up in 1998!
I also think they may have been Accredited here at CM once -not 100% sure about that, or why they are not accredited now. I do remember an issue about a Video Poker game they had, which their site did not make clear that it was actually a slot. That might have been something to do with it...?
