I, like many players, have requested a comp for poor, short sessions, and sometimes I'm granted one, and other times, not. But it's a decision based on the casino's goodwill, our history etc. I certainly don't expect my deposit returned.
Everyone gets frustrated, and sometimes a bit snippy...though there's no reason to ever go in intending to be anything other than polite and respectful.
I'd simply close his account. Some players just aren't worth maintaining and well within the casino's discretion. A principle I strongly believe in, is that the customer IS NOT always right, regardless of whether I'm the purveyor OR customer. You can only bend so far, and some are willing to bend right backwards. But there's a limit how far anyone should stretch.
(and hell, let him blacken his own nose with a chargeback lol)
