Well, alas, I can neither prove you wrong nor right; I had only the energy to go back through 100 pages to see if I claimed any sort of reward that equalled more or less than 20 bucks I might have gained to see if I'm ahead or behind

To compensate, I'm not doing 4 of 7 contests next month for members roughly equalling 5K; I will focus on where it's truly important - I'm certain members appreciate your - and your likes - concern

After all, I'm meant to run 1 or 2 contests and everthing extra is MY added effort

I volunteer to for a worthy cause, rescuing greyhounds and lurchers, rehabilitating them and rehoming but don't hold it against me I gift my Mum too but with my own money

There is such a thing as principles you know, I won't even enter any contest you run but I was always taught if you can take, then you can just as easily give back

FWIW, The remarkable thread is about passing it forward, sharing those winning moments and your good fortunes with the community here, spreading the love, giving others a chance who have shared their love in times gone by and maybe hit rough patches etc, etc, etc

It is nothing to do with spending every spare second of your life on the forum, social contests and tourneys (which also most in UK cannot enter) or anything else which is CM ran not Remarkable crowd.

It is about putting your hand in your pocket and not the reps nor the casinos nor Bryan's

People ain't REALLY bothered about the monies, its principal, simple solution is don't enter em unless your willing to fully jump in as pretty much most other regulars on that thread do!

I personally have won a few and ran a few and it feels for me personally just as nice to do a give-away than it does to be announced the winner!

As I say, I'm done with this particular case now but I'll never be done with respect, manners, etiquette and generally 'doing the right thing'

and when I've had spare cash, I've put it out there
