It also depends on how many players are playing at that particular time. If 200 people are playing the same slot at the same time, then only one can win the RJ.

A bit like a raffle, the person with the most tickets has the best chance of winning the most prizes and the person with the least tickets has the chance of winning the best prize.

If the RJ is set at say 6523, and player X is betting 100 a spin, one of his spins could take him to 6522, and one of those hundreds of other low rollers have a chance at nabbing it inbetween player X's big spins.

And thats why you get so many low rollers winning RJ's because they far outnumber the big spin players.
