It began when I got letter from Ruby Fortune Casino for 10 no deposit offer in middle of February 2010. I ignore it at first time and still in my deck for a month. When I place bet with my sportsbook and waiting for the soccer game begun I look Ruby Casino Letter still there I decide to try it. I cant lose anyway :)
When I start play Im very lucky got straight flush hand on Texas Holdem Bonus Poker Gold Table and continue got lucky days until reach about 1,700 and play again and again for hours until down to 850 and I decide to withdrawal and got confirmation that my withdrawal was confiscated for charity. I ask Ruby Fortune and said that I break rules 8 in their term ( confirmation email detected as Spam that usually not, it look like generate from the machine ) :
Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular game play include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the Casino deem that irregular game play has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

My account was reset to 10. I ask them for details which one I break that term and still waiting for reply Ruby Fortune confiscated my 850 credit and reject my luck. Yes that right you cant lose just like Ruby Fortune wrote in their letter and you can win either just like they wrote in their term

Here is some my account transaction. (Large number of bet and I take 1-8 pages from over than 20 pages)

I took a quick look at page one of your playlog and it looks like the first bet you made was $6? The rule you quoted would only allow 30% or a $3 bet. This is why they are invoking that rule. You were pretty much out of the game from your first bet.

Players really need to read (and understand) all the terms and conditions of ANY bonus prior to playing. The wording of the above rule used to be much more ambiguous (no actual percentage shown), and was only changed due to the accreditation standards of CM being updated. It's pretty straightforward now.

It's unfortunate for you, and I feel bad that you've lost your winnings. It sounds like they've given you the $10 again to give it another go. That's about the best result you are likely to get. Expensive lesson.

    Confused

    Ok :)
Let take a look their term

You must register/login in order to see the link.

That term up above its not point 8 That poin 18 Maybe Ruby Fortune is miscalculated
    About the word.
placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account
It means you cannot place 10 ( equal with bonus ) or you cannot place more than 3 ( 30% of Bonus )
Which one is true? If cannot place 10 why they wrote you must place not more than 3 .

    About playthrought request
    Point 6 :
Upon qualification, the /$10 Bonus will be credited to the Bonus Account and is subject to thirty (30) times playthrough (wagering) before it may be withdrawn.
It mean you must place 10 for bet up to 30 times but they wrote in term point 18 you cannot place 10 for bet.

They always have a reason to declined withdrawal from bonus or free money...

    Just like I wrote before
Yes that right you cant lose just like Ruby Fortune wrote in their letter and you can win either just like they wrote in their term

They sent letter from europe to south east asia just for this joke.... :D

No disrespect intended Judi, but I think that maybe there is a language barrier. When they say you have to wager your $10 bonus 30 times...that equates to having to place $300 worth of wagers in allowed games. It doesn't mean you have to place 30 $10 bets. It's meant to be a total amount that has to be wagered, in this case $300.

So going by the 30% bonus rule, the maximum you are allowed to bet is $3. To reach the wagering requirments, you would have to make 100 $3 bets.

Hope that's a little clearer for you? :)

EDIT: Took a quick look at the bonus page..which also states that only Slots and Parlor Games count 100% towards wagering requirements. But you played Texas Holdem, and Table Pokers only count 8% towards wagering requirements. Without doing the exact math...instead of having to wager just $300, you would have had to playthrough about $3,700 playing that game.

Welcome to the world of bonuses. They are a tricky business, but there is nothing out of the ordinary here. ALL bonuses have wagering requirements, terms and conditions, and different games count differently towards your wagering. Usually the only games that count 100% are slots, with few exceptions. You have to read and fully UNDERSTAND the terms, before partaking of any bonus offers.

    Hii Pinababy69
    No disrespect intended either
It just for discuss only Not for the money Thats not my money anyway Thats their moneyThey have the right to confiscated their own money :)

    Let we compare the term
    About the word.
    Term point 18
placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to their account until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
It means you cannot place 10 ( equal with bonus ) or you cannot place more than 3 ( 30% of Bonus )
Which one is true? they wrote you must place not more than 3 why they wrote placing single bets equal to the bonus ( 10 ) ? They should just wrote you cannot place more than 3%.

Sorry Im not agreed with you for term point 3
So going by the 30% bonus rule, the maximum you are allowed to bet is $3. To reach the wagering requirments, you would have to make 100 $3 bets.
In other casino free money rule there is this term too
Upon qualification, the /$10 Bonus will be credited to the Bonus Account and is subject to thirty (30) times playthrough (wagering) before it may be withdrawn.
It means 30x10 = 300 than u can get the playthrought ( other casino give the example about it, Ruby Fortune does not. they just wrote to thirty (30) times wagering it said thirty (30) times wagering means 30x10 too not thirty (30) times multiples ( 100 x 3 ). :)

I place much bet on slot to fulfill the playthrough with but playthrough did not fulfill, but after I place 10 about 40 times on Ghoper Gold slot the playthrough wagering was fulfill. :)
For your info I play table texas holdem due to poker is my favorite game.
That all recorded in my transaction ( Slot machine was make me down to 850 from 1,700, Im not capture that page due to much page )

The Point is Ruby Fortune Term always have the right to declined withdrawal from free money

    Just like I wrote before
They always have a reason to declined withdrawal from bonus or free money...

That why Im not gamble in online casino To must cheat in this except its for free :D
I more comfort gamble in sport wagering but sometime play poker room too just for fun :)

Nope, no wrong words at all Judi...just misunderstanding I think. The terms are pretty clear for most players who are familiar with bonuses. :)
