Did you reply to their email telling them that wasn't your hash so to not send it? It was sent 3 days after their emails.

No, I didn't. I feel really stupid because I told them evidently that must be the right numbers/letters if that's what they had. Actually, I didn't even know how to receive money via Coinbase. I figured since they had my name and email address that would be what was used to receive the money.

Personally, I think after I told them I was a newbie to Bitcoin and didn't even know what a hash/id was, they gave me a hash that was non-existant or belonged to them. They know I did not provide that hash, and they know they sent it to me, I have the emails to prove it, but my ignorance cost me because I agreed to it. I couldn't find a Gaming License for them; therefore, there is no to contact. At age 70, it's an expensive lesson to learn. Perhaps I need to find another entertainment during COVID. Thanks to everyone who has posted.

@TheBreeze1355 , since you've freely ignored the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures regarding posts after your PAB is in progress I've changed the thread title until it can be determined what the casino's side of this story is.

Original title was "Rich Palms Casino will not issue my withdrawal".

I didn't realise you had submitted a PAB! :eek2: I have been trying to sort this out for you, as requested by PM.

I have had a long conversation with my rep from this group and they have supplied me with lots of info.
Basically they say they sent the withdrawal back to you on October 29 using the same Btc address that you used to make the deposit on September 15.

Now this has me REALLY confused, because I always thought Btc addresses only went one way and that you would need a new different one for your withdrawal. The casino say they often do this :what:
Maybe some more crypto-savvy members here can confirm that?

Anyway, the casino is ready and willing to sort this out with you - please double check your crypto wallet to see if the withdrawal has arrived, and if not please contact them again and they will do all they can to put this right.
