Is this a bit? It takes absolutely zero research to know that that is comedian Michael Spicer, of "The Room Next Door" sketch fame. I mean he's doing both voices, the tweets become too on the nose for comedic effect and his name is S.Pineless

I immediately knew who he was brcause I'm a subscriber on YouTube and already watched this video when he posted it there. He's satirising real politicians though.
