The virtual casino

Dormant account
Hello!

I have a problem with virtual casino. We made a special deal wich included a cashout of the whole amount in 14 days. However now the accounting says I will be able to withdraw a maximum of 1250$ a week. I can say that the deposit was a lot more than that, wich means it will take months to even get my deposit back, and a lot more to recive the winnings.

I have several mails wich approves the deal we made, including the 14 days withdrawal limit. I don't know how to proceed, I'm aware that RTG has their montana disputes but that will take almost as long time to process the complaint as getting the money out.

Last time I talked to them today on the chat, the last thing they claimed there was no such deal, even though I have it on several mails, and after mentioning the mails they stopped talking to me.

I found out here today reading about the virtual casino that The casinomeister have them under observation. Therefore I hoped for som help. Unfortunently he is not here for the week, Maybe someone else here can help. I'm willing to pay the one who helps me solving this.

File a Montana complaint for form's sake, since they have I think a two-month rule after which a complaint is regarded as invalid.

Since Ted left and Danny took a flying leap after an unjustifiable attack on the OPU board, there is no public presence for Virtual. I played under those two managers. I would not play now.

See what Montana has to say, then try with a complaint here if there's no joy. Hang onto those Emails as well. Not a lot else you can do.

Actually, now I come to think of it, Danny is still around - I got some Virtual emails from him recently. Maybe he can move things along - I found him a perfectly reasonable person who took on board advice from players before he high-tailed it out of the hot seat.

El Capitano: you came to the right place to get the full skinny on Virtual. Most posters here know that at least for the past several years I have defended this group. Why? Because they never jerked me around and always paid, albeit pursuant to their sloooowwww-ass payment schedule. Why am I posting this? Because they are back to their horrid old ways of the past and CANNOT BE TRUSTED.

It does not matter that you have screenshots of their terms as offered. It does not matter that you chat with support and confirm you have made required wagers before you request a withdrawal. It does not matter that you wager TWICE what is required. The bottom line fact is that if you win at Virtual you LOSE. You will be confronted with deceitful lies and a myriad of excuses why your withdrawal is denied.

You can waste your time with Montana disputes. They will always side with the casino. The casino will lie to Montana and Montana will believe them. Or you can do what I did: uninstall Virtual software and find a nice casino to deposit your money! If you love RTGs, then try the few that are listed on Casinomeister's accredited list. If you want another software brand, they are on the list as well.

As far as losing your significant deposit? This would genuinely be a case where a chargeback is called for and should be pursued. The bums at Virtual deserve it. Danny could be pushing the envelope to get deposits made, but the support staff/accounting department are not on board with it and you will get screwed! Danny has no authority at Virtual and cannot make any deals that will hold the test of time.

Best of luck to you in your future gaming.

Don't you think Casinomeister can help in this case? I hope Danny can help me, but as you say I'm not to sure about that either.

However the worst thing must be that they pay, but very slow. Otherwise I will have to bring this up in court, or at least threat them to do it, since it is a lot of money, and I won't accept people just taking it.

Do you know who has the real authority in the virtual group? Hopefully they have some reasonable people in that casino.

What I think is that if Casinomeister takes this on, he will be lied to, such as Montana would be lied to. There is not much CM can do to force the truth out of them.

How can you bring this up in court? The casino is located in San Juan, Costa Rica. You are in Sweden. You would have to travel to Costa Rica and hire an attorney willing to take this on. The matter would be heard in Costa Rica. It would not surprise me if this ended up being costlier than your deposit. This is how Virtual gets away with it!

Reasonable people at Virtual Casino? I think they used to have them, but they are long gone now. Take some time to read this forum about Virtual and its owners. You might think twice about wanting to do business with this bunch. Threatening them is ill-advised.

I have the emails as I say. That's good proof if CM takes the case. It's not much to lie about, it's all there as they wrote it to me. That would at least get them blacklisted I suppose if they refuse to cooperate.

El Capitano.

Only 1 thing matters - getting paid in the end. You made an error depositing big with this firm, now it is about making the best of a bad situation.

## Record, screenshot and chronoligically document everything related to your play there.

## Take the $1250's and anything else that comes your way as a result - a stroke of luck.

## Keep this thread updated with your situation without getting annoyed or wound up if possible, to avoid giving them more reason to mess with you.

This firm sometimes try to play the game of pretending to clean up their act. During those moments, this case will be mentioned. I will make sure of it. The Meister I am sure will make sure of it. The Meister gave this firm their own forum to clean up, but they are just not a good casino, so just end up reverting back to their normal ways.

Do not play there again or at any of their other casinos.

Sorry for your troubles, good luck.

I'm sure CM can and will bring this up direct with RTG next week at ICE. I know I certainly will when I pass by their stand.

The treatment you are receiving from Virtual Casino is nothing short of shoddy and does nothing to help the industry as a whole. RTG need to get the houses of their licensees in order. It is obvious to me that Montana is either too ineffective or so overwhelmed by player complaints, that it is unable to resolve disputes quickly and efficiently.

The one thing you must do is keep all correspondence with the casino and as Caruso has said, file a complaint with Montana. Furthermore keep this thread continually updated.

Thanks for all help guys.

The most important thing is to get paid as mentioned. Maybe I can work something out with them. It's not like they wont pay, just that they do it incredible slow.

I have started to think that whatever the CM might do may just make them angry. As someone said, they have their license in some small country, doing preatty much what they want. If I start fighting with them, they may not pay me at all.

Hopefully I can work something out with them, and thereafter when the money is safe, there might be a possibility to complain how this case have been run by them.

It's amazing how many people have to "make deals" with various online casinos to get a portion of their winnings when they're 100% in the right. :(

Members,
Please remember that this is an open forum, and just because a casino does not respond to you on line through the forum does not mean the casino is not aware of a forum. As most of us know as great of a forum as this is and others as well, I'm sure that all of the forums combined do not cover 50% of the casino players. So forum complaints against certain casinos, do not really bother them. And to threaten to be nice till you are paid, than come after the casino is just not smart.
Charge backs are always an option but a last resort and should never ever be brought up by the player, you either do it or don't ,never threaten to. When you bring up a charge back the casino can than wait till the payment clears completely which can be up to 6 months. In your case since you made a large deposit, the casino is not stupid and "knows" that there is more of that to come. Play on the casinos greed and "threaten" to make more deposits, but there is no reason to as long as the casino still has your money. Watch how fast your money comes than.
Never threaten anything, casinomeister, Montana, PAB, other forums. Just do it or wait till you are paid. Once you threaten, than there is no reason for the casino to expidite matters.

El Capitano: this is an important post you should read and take to heart. Phyngster is the FORMER manager of Virtual Casino Group (whom I intimated to be "one of the good guys." earlier). I really appreciate him coming here and giving his opinion.

As far as the hated "C" word (chargeback): it is a very last resort which you should use only if you believe you will never see your winnings. That is your call and no one can or will tell you if the casino has had a change of heart about their "offer" to pay you everything at once.

My previous experience has been that Danny goes over the top to encourage players to deposit. And frankly, the "terms" listed with the offer do not bear fruit. A chargeback (will not work in the US due to gambling laws) will enable you to see the total of your deposit at once, in full, and give the casino no opportunity to escalate this matter over several months.

Ted (Phyngster) can verify this, but I believe that once you accept a "first" payment, you will be held to the payment schedule. Of course, you will need to request a new withdrawal every week or the casino will "forget" to pay you according to the payment schedule.

Like I have already said, it is your call and your money on the line.

Hope the best outcome of this for you.

Nice post on how Virtual thinks. I can't imagine much of the above applying to Ladbrokes though.

Problem it is not only Virtual. I have seen a number of casinos and talked with a large number of other managers, and not only with RTG. The casinos hold all the strings, thats why I was hopeing that the OPU would have made it.

Thanks again for all help.

I'm trying to talk to them. I will keep you updated on how we proceed.

Phyngster, thanks for the help, too bad you aren't the manager anymore. Suezcat, thanks for all advice.

:axeman: hopefully...

I had problems there myself what were going from no payment up to a locked account..
I wouldn't recommend any of the casinos with the virtual casino group...
There was an temporary improvement with them, mostly because of new stuff but it seems they are back to the old days where they don't pay and lock accounts like they want...

Just stay away from this group, there are better RTG's out there...

I hope you get your payments El capitano.... but then - run, run, run.... and never look back!

Good Luck
Andreas

I spoke to Remy Hamaoui who is the Manager of Account Services for RTG at ICE earlier on this afternoon. Specifically regarding the time Montana takes to resolve disputes. Anyhow, he has told me that if a player is getting no response from Montana after a reasonable amount of time, he will personally hurry the process up.

So as already stated in this thread, file a complaint with Montana, if you indeed haven't already done so. Ask them also in the email a timeframe - this way you will not be checking your inbox every day in anticipation of a reply. The email to Montana should contain all correspondence with the casino and subsequent screenshots. Should you by following this procedure not get a satisfactory response from Montana within a couple of weeks, send me a PM and I will contact Remy and direct him to this thread.

It pays to be a Casinomeister forum member! There are people here who have inside information and contacts, attend the real-live meetings and are also kind enough to share their knowledge with us here in the forum, and offer their help to anyone who needs it. I'm particularly referring to Webzcas and Caruso and their recents posts here, and Bryan I imagine is in full motion out there. Kudos & respect to you guys.

Cheers,
SM

erm excuse me,but i only read the opening post, didnt read any further because we have the usual battle

bonus whore vs virtual group

say what you you want, but its funny how these people only open up an account here when they run into trouble with this group, well you only have yourself to to blame

they might be only on the unrecommened list, but the fact is you knew what they where like before you came here

so sorry, if this seems harsh, but VIRTUAL PLEASE KEEP HIS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
