To be honest. allot of information in South Africa is available on people, but not as easily accessable. Not to mention some of the info is not available at all. I think the US is a scary place to live in, in terms of privacy.

Oh yeah. In my state, you can look up the superior court and check on anyone in the state free. You can find out the same information.

I forget which state it was, but in one city, you can go online and lookup court/public documents which displays that person's social security number. Can we say identity theft?

It is just a front end to intelius.com, just like Yahoo! people search. What's more worrying what intelius.com is doing with all the data.
