Ok, as you guys may have heard before on other threads, I have had to endure 2 separate SoW ordeals at this casino before, the last 2 months ago which was hell to get through and I thank the rep again for helping.
Yes, I get the rules and I warned people how hard it is to satisfy the requirements when you are self-employed like me and do your own accounts.
I made a w/d today after that 1000x Bonanza hit I put in the 1000x screenies thread and Bonanza thread and along with it got an 'affordability check demand'. This time the w/d was paid and I wasn't held over a barrel for it as with the last SoW when I had a 2k one held for several days.
Now I thought the SoW and the reams of my personal bank statements they already hold would tell them I can afford it, but apparently not!
"""In order to create a safe and secure gambling environment and in line with regulations, we are regularly reviewing accounts, taking into consideration any source of wealth you have provided and comparing that to the level of spend on your account.
We also need to take into consideration, your affordability which means looking at your income and any regular expenses that you would need to meet on a monthly basis.
We have reviewed your account and kindly require further information based on this affordability requirement and calculation. We have received source of wealth, however further information is required to evidence further level of affordability.
When calculating affordability, we need to consider the following expenses :
Mortgage/Rental amount per month
Mobile phone bill
Travel expenses
Light & Heat bills
Water bill
Council Tax
Loan/credit card repayments. Have you received a loan in the past 12 months?
Could you please provide us with documents to show that you have available the disposable income required to play with us at this level.
We understand that not all of the liabilities mentioned in the above list may be applicable to you. Please verify the expenses that do apply to you by providing supporting documents that reflect your monthly payments relating to these liabilities. This may be in the form of a copy of a recent bill or bank statement (no more than 3 months old).
Apologies for the nature of these questions, blah blah"""
Well I work from home so have no travel expenses. I have no debts, loans, credit card balances, mortgage is paid off. What the hell is the point of sending more utility bills which they already have from KYC?
90% of my deposits come from recycled withdrawals and so the net loss/spend I make is quite low despite the turnover headline amount, surely they can see this from my pattern of deposits and w/d's?
I can easily provide this info (after all they already know more about me than my own missus, family and friends!) but what will be next? DNA? Weekly jpg of my wallet and/or affiliate account payments? Live video feed of me entering my card at an ATM and displaying the balance on the screen?
I have been playing online for over 10 years and at this point am seriously considering quitting for good, forgoing the entertainment. It seems you cannot strike up a rapport and stick with one favourite casino any more as very quickly you'll turn over enough funds to get SoW and now this equally intrusive 'affordability' crap.
All this is doing is driving players off-license to crap casinos - not me obviously but I'm getting a better understanding of how oppressive this is all getting for the genuine player.
I've had enough.
See what Bryan has to say about this establishment.
