The Nice List Problem @ Clubworld/ All RTG's?

I'm sorry for the time taken for a reply.

I just received information from RTG, the game is 100% functional and there is nothing wrong with it.

In regards to the Nice List Feature:

The behaviour described is normal. Most of the times when the 3 scatters are hit you select in the pick feature, Santa Spins will be awarded. The game math is supposed to do that. The other scenario is after the first pick feature, player has to do a second pick feature in which if she/he is awarded the Nice List Free Games will be triggered. This other scenario according to the game probabilities is lower but not impossible, so that may explain why The Nice List Free Games feature is not awarded as often.

Ok so it comes down to a shitty designed game then. Why would they make 2 different features if your going to only get one of them? Again I have had well over 40 bonus rounds. So basically being able to get the Nice List is as difficult as hitting a jackpot.

I really still don't buy RTG's explanation. They seem to have no clue what they are doing most of the time. We have seen many problems with new games.

No big deal though now that we know what we are dealing with.

Hi BMWSTACK,

I know what you are saying however this game do not have a JP so the Nice List feature is really like hitting the JP in this case.

I understand that it may be not to everyone liking but that's how the game was designed.

Its a bad jackpot then Hitting the nice list dont guarantee anything, alot of times you dont get anything special.
So you first need to be very very lucky to get the picking feature, and then you need luck on your side for a second time. But the odds are as always in the casinos favour
