    Hello everyone,

    My name Josh and I'm a 22 year old aviation elections mate in the United States navy. I'm currently stationed in Cuba. I'm looking forward to corresponded to everyone on this forum. I stumbled across this website after my own bad set of encounters with casino customer support types. I'm an avid amateur gambler and I'm very interested in seeing how all of your handle these sort of problems. I've had trouble with all the major gambling websites (including but not limited to- Pokerstars, Ultimatebet, Wild Jack Casino, Bodog, and Club World). I was wondering has anyone else been told by Casino customer support that withdrawals are backed up due to the holidays? It's funny because the casino financial departments were down for only about 5 days total due to the holidays but most of them are still using the same tired excuse. I'm very impressed by this website and the community following it has. I've been reading through the forums and I have to tell you that if I would have stumbled across this website before gambling online I probably would never have played.. lol. It seems like a total nuisance that none of these casinos are regulated and they have no rules, and no repercussions for any of their actions or lack their of. I'm wanting to be a valuable asset to this forum and will continue posting my two cents as long as you all are willing to hear it. I actually have accumulated quite a bit of chat logs and telephone recordings of casino customer service representatives that I think some of you might find pretty amusing. I usually try to make the casino representatives gnarl in their own words for a little while (in a polite way of course) when they are feeding me the normal line of b.s. that they are so accustom to. None the less, I look forward to hearing from you all and will see you on the forums :)
