I just noticed Blueprint have done another one of these, Even bigger Catch, and it's basically no different to the last one.

Does anyone here actually play these Fishin Frenzy games? I hate them and I always have, I think they are really boring and uninspiring and every time i've given them a shot they've just rinsed me with practically no enjoyment.

I can't understand what people see in them? But they must get loads of traffic because Blueprint keep releasing new ones, and they are on all the machines in bookies and pubs and stuff.

Am I missing something?

Guilty as charged sorry Johnny. I’m a big fan of Bigger Catch and despite calling the fisherman chap a little tw*t ever time I play I keep going back. Had some good wins, nothing amazing though.

When it comes to the big Blueprint franchises, I tend to wonder which provider (usually Novomatic) they knocked off - for example, Book of Dead came after Book of Ra, Eye of Horus after Pharaoh's Tomb... but Fishin' Frenzy is the one I couldn't place.

If it was one of their originals, a slight irony that it too is now one of the most copied franchises out there!

gone .One breath of fresh air is the new ELK game Pirots,yep another Pirate game but with Parrots, very amusing and always

its insanely popular and even bigger catch is truly smashing it. In our top 10 BP games in terms of game rounds, there are 4 fishin titles.

Opposite, the original fishin game is from merkur/BP. Reel kingdom on the platform of pragmatic did a copy named Big Bass. Reel Kingdom is former EGT/Amusenet guys I believe.

These games are given away as freebies on some of the betting company's sites. I've always assumed they do that to try and generate interest for poor performing games. Judging by what's said above that isn't the case.

Splash has to be one of the worst versions. Extra spins more fishermen more fish etc then goes for 10x and he doesn't appear once.

Of all the fishing games the ones ive played (and not often at that) is the original fishin frenzy and ive played the big bass original a few times, and splash a few times.

I get free spins a lot on these games on various betting sites and bingo sites - they seem to like giving them on these games - i had 5 spins this morning on WH and hit bonus on first spin and got 30x with the fisherman appearing multiple times without a bloody fish on the screen BB Splash I dont mind getting free spins on due to the 2 scatter thing landing then dropping down the screen it likes doing for a second or third chance of bonus - managed that a few times with a few free spins due to that.
