With regards to your cashin query, you will be pleased to know that we have
forwarded your request on to the account executive concerned who will
process your payment option within the next 24 to 48 hours.

Please note that to expedite payments and provide additional security, it is
required that clients enter their payment options directly on the Proc Cyber

You can do this by going to www.proccyber.com; click on 'transactions';
select your preferred method (check or ACH) and fill in the form. Once you
have entered your details, click on 'Process Request'. (Remember that the
'e-cash account number' requested is your gaming account number.)

This information will then be submitted to the administration department who
will then process the cashins first to your credit card(s) in the form of
refunds to purchases made, with the outstanding amount via the payment
option selected.

your web site many days ago. Since then I've been waiting for your
confirmation to inform me that my cashin has been processed but I have not
received any from Proc Cyber.

During the past week, a mass of correspondences took place between Proc
Cyber and I. It gave me the impression that you were stringing me along and
stalling for time. I've posted those correspondences in a public casino
forum so that casino players can judge for themselves the antics that Proc
Cyber and Lucky Nugget get up to. Please see

also be posted publicly there.

If I do not receive my credit card refund of $1000 by Sunday July 9, 2000
2200 hrs EST for credit card whose last four digits are 5611, I will post
