Thought i'll share the story with you guys, just that it don't happen to any of you. After 13+ years of online gambling for the first time ever i didn't receive a withdrawal :)

First i want to clarify that it was completely my fault in the end, but still wanted to let you know.

Be VERY careful which games you play at DrueckGlueck/SlotsMagic when playing with a bonus!

I've won at DrueckGlueck (Sister to Slotsmagic) about 1400 EUR. But the winnings were confiscated and because i was a VIP received 200 EUR as a "gesture of goodwill". I was first shocked because i knew that i never play outside the max bet term (i always check this) and i also never to table games or use gamble feature son any slot. But i did a few spins on Bloodsuckers, and Bloodsuckers is a forbidden slot when playing with a bonus.

Of course it's totally my mistake... But i can't remember playing any casino recently that didn't "block" games that were not allowed, and in places where those games are not "blocked" they just doesn't count for wagering reasons or only as a part. So i thought if the slot opens i'm allowed to play it (stupid mistake).

I decided to close my account after this after i expected something else as a VIP always sticking to the rules and only ONE TIME playing a few spins on a slot which was not allowed.

I do need to say the Rep here in the forum (Krystal) was always super nice to me, so i'ts more a warning than a complaint.

Cheers

Sorry to hear that Hoff. :(

I know how strict they are with their rules. Unintentionally broke a term there myself and got my wins confiscated. They even removed the rule i broke a couple of months later. I had my best run on Raging Rhino ever so i was very pissed. After some time i now see it as their loss because by now they would have got it all back + more if they had paid me back then.

Yeah, that's why i closed my account... Don't understand it.

They gave me 200 EUR back. So we talk about around 1200 EUR. With deposits often between 100 and 200 EUR, my bet size etc. they should have guessed that it would not take long until they have their money back. And they knew that i will stop playing there if we can't find a good solution together.

I think in my 13 years of gambling it happened other 2 times i was doing something wrong. One time i made 10 bets over the max (it was 5$ in a casino and i accidentally did a few 6.25$ bets) and the other time i took a bonus twice although i was only allowed to take it once. For both mistakes in different casinos the casino decided after checking my account that they will pay my winnings. That's what i except from a casino where i am a VIP player.

So many times I read about casino 'x' 'cutting off their nose to spite their face' and can never understand it.

Clearly your a loyal, regular depositor and not 'pennies' either ???

A well run casino (maybe these are, never played there but won't after this either) would at least MAKE THE EFFORT to TRY and reach some sort of amicable outcome.

I'm no expert but simple common sense points out in these type of situations that it makes good business sense long term.

Hypothetical situation/example, if I was in charge maybe I'd offer 50% of your cash out, a small no deposit bonus along with a 'make sure it doesn't happen again' email?? But at least you'd remain an active customer.

No brainer really!

yeah but I find this casino group garbage anyways

Im surprised you got anything from these people. Ive made tonnes of deposits in the past. The only emails I get are misleading titles in the header. "Your free spins have arrived" or "free spins on jack and the beanstalk"....open up the email and its some shitty 50% match with 25 free spins.

Never ever a freebie of any sort with them. I dont care about the freebie I care about being appreciated by a casino that ive lost quite a bit with lol

Plus their ridiculous exchange rate scam. Ive been charged 20% higher than what the market exchange rate is.

Left them months ago and wont return. Really dislike them alot.

It's unfortunate but I think you made the right decision in closing your account. BTW, did you make any money from your Bloodsuckers' spins?

Yes i think i started Bloodsuckers with a balance of 550 and played a couple of dozens spins to 950, but then switched to other slots to play until 1400.

But wagering was probably close to be done already when i started Bloodsuckers, so 10 minutes later and i would probably already made it through wagering...

Sorry to hear OP. I fell foul of this last week when I had the run of my life, €0.3 to €3000. First they claimed I bet too high, but later it was that the €0.3 balance (which I just wanted to get rid of before making a new deposit) came from freespins I got when I made my first deposit, which had a max win of €100. €2900 was voided.

What bugs me is that basically 99% of casinos have no max win on these types of bonuses, but obviously I had to have a run like that on a SkillOnNet casino :(

Still as a VIP, I think you deserved more; either the amount before Bloodsuckers (550) or 1000 (1400 - the 400 you made from Bloodsuckers).

Good you closed your account Hoff...
Just shows this casino has no affection whatsoever towards their loyal players...
Now they lost a good depositing player over an amount that they would have earned back in less than 0.000000001 seconds from other depositors and probably on the long run from yourself also.

Good call.

They ve done the same to me on a 100€ deposit 100% bonus, and they still had the nerve to call me on the phone to congratulate on the win etc and had me hold 7 days for the wd and then receive the email "oh were really sorry but due to max bet breach ur getting 0€" but heres ur deposit back for ur troubles, ok u keep those 1500 but u just lost a player, never deposited another cent @ slots magic and never looked back, keep in mind im not ranting about the breach, yeah i didnt read the terms so all fine i accept they confiscate the win, but the tactic of making me wait for a week and calling and emailing me to congratulate on the win just got me sick to my stomach, but hey if they do that to a vip mostly certain they will do it to the plebs :D.

What an absolute disgrace. I'd definitely recommend giving the T&Cs another look to make sure they are watertight. Any use of the words "if" or "may" and you might have a case for the small claims rather than just rolling over.

Hoff dont ever go back there please, even if they come crawling to you now.

reading this i guess i got lucky

still haven't played after this as never had an email like this from a casino after my withdrawal but it was nice of them to warn me for future so unless like hoff said they apply an automatic block on excluded games i'm steering clear from there

As an exception we have decided to process your withdrawal but in future we advise that you are aware of the bonus terms.

Thank god not many casinos have rules like this.
There is no fair reason to not block those games as it's technically not that difficult.
And if it's technically complicated for their system they could still say: Slot XY doesn't count for wagering or winnings from slot XY will be added to wagering with a XY wagering requirement, so many options but this is the meanest one.

Again thank god that this rule is very rare and if it is there in 9 out of 10 casinos the slot is not accessible!

Learned it the hard way, but took 13 years to get to this downer so not too bad.... They lost a VIP who potentially would have played much more, so yeah, that's life!

Can i ask what amount it was?

Thanks

i made 2 withdrawals n had played dead or alive in both but not that much, i think around 100-200 spins

first one was around 500 n second one which prompted the email was around 400 with a deposit of only 20 both times

Wow not too bad.

I made 3 deposits on that day... Total about 320 EUR... Something i not do too often...

I think i didnt do even 100 spins on Bloodsuckers...

You won from the spins and I think that was the biggest reason they didn't want to pay.

They have those rules for a reason, and I agree that they should be blocked. Still you should read the rules so I think the winnings was the reason.

I can't say if I think they did a bad thing or not, but if they had paid with just a warning, and then you tell someone else about it...like you were told now, then they have to bend the rules for the next person, and the next...

I have asked someone if those that have Netent games do have the option to block not allowed games, or if that is something they have to program themselves. If they already have the option then noone should play there using there bonuses because then we know why they don't use it. But til then ;)

Will you check the next casino you play on what games...?:D

Edit: They do not get the option to block games from bonuses from Netent but it's something the operator do if they want to. In this place they rely on people reading the rules instead. That's ok but sad.

I know it's my mistake :) still, how many casinos do you know that have a term of not allowing a slot game at all, but not blocking it? But yeah, i do not blame anyone except myself, i just think it's economically a wrong decision if they act like this with a vip player, i mean honestly it's not like there are no alternatives :)

Also i think what makes a difference is thath jt was not my first deposit, we're talking about many deposits before 2-3 withdrawals and always playing by the rules.

I believe there are more casinos that not are blocking then who are doing it. I read Casino Room does it, Next and Casino Luck.
Besides them I don't know any who do, but I must confess I don't play much these days and when I do it's rarily with any who are blocking games :)
Vip or no vip I don't care much about, and neither should the casino. We are all loyal players and I don't think a vip player should be more important in cases like this.

So who else take their responsibility to blocking those games, please tell me because it can be good to know?

of course vip or mot vip should matter...

if a player who invested 40 eur comed into this situation. or a regular vip depositor who spent already 100's or 1000's of course that makes a difference, make sense no?
