I've visited this pub more than any in my hometown over the past few years. But another lockdown means my kitchen table doesn't get a friend in to have a drink with either.

Sleepless night last night, no particular reason. Went to sleep around dawn, so late start to my day. Weekend special coffee features rum this weekend (Appleton Estate Signature).

I miss live music, it is one thing that would get me out of the house to visit a bar. I got a few loonies, there's some picks left on the jukebox.

I really miss live concerts. Twice now I have had a concert that I have tickets for postponed to see this group. But there will be a day.

Does anyone else have a fave tribute band that I can look up on youtube?

That's a shame, hopefully region restrictions might get lifted. I feel like I've filled a gap of missing internet/2000's history without having to read some boring articles or wikipedia. The US extradition fight for kim and his co-accused is still ongoing afaik.

Yeah, think so too. If I'm right he's married to one of the former investigators on his case now, or he used to be And he went into politics in New Zealand.

What's Xmas eve without popping by the pub for a drink with friends. Most years its eggnog, but sold out everywhere.

i keep forgetting to buy mini-marshmallows for my hot chocolate. But there is a brandy in mine, so tastes pretty good to me.
