the casino wants a different id card. Is it normal ?

Hello .
I have a question, has anyone encountered such a request from the casino.
in short - I played at the Scatters casino, won a little over 3,000 euros and wanted to withdraw money. Of course, I was asked to fill out KYC and send proof of id as well as proof of address. I did everything as it should be, I took photos, and also attached a bank statement where you can see how my salaries go to my account. I got this answer:
„Your identity document has less than three months to expire. We kindly ask you to send us a document with an expiration date greater than three months.”

fortunately I still had another id card issued by Skatteverket in Sweden. and included it in reply to that email. I haven't received any reply from Scatters for 2 days. my question is whether any of you faced such a request. is it normal that they do not accept STILL CURRENT ID card ?

I've been playing there for a year and have always been treated well. I know I could have done better and check the reviews beforehand, but does that mean they might require a different id card when the former was good? Or is it a trick to hold my money?

I checked the card from Skatteverket and its only valid in Sweden:
(Skatteverkets id-kort är en godkänd id-handling endast inom Sverige).

Dont you have a passport?

Otherwise you might be forced to get a new ID-card from Polisen.

Some bad casinos do use stalling whenever money is involved. :(

thanks for the answer @sapit222 ! and good news so far! I was verified 15 minutes ago, but I have to wait for my withdrawal to be processed. I will inform you in this thread if everything went ok and if the money was credited to my account.
