Been a tight month for me, and there's been a cold streak that has lasted a bit.
Got an email for 20 free spins on Builder Beaver at Slotocash. Downloaded the casino again, because the games weren't there in the flash version.
Couldn't find the free spins.
Went to chat, was asked to copy the email. Realized it was NOT addressed to me personally, and didn't come from Slotocash email. Oh great, a spammy affiliate. But the chat rep honoured it, and added the spins to my account.
Hit a bonus round, had around $15 to play with, there's a max cashout of $50 for the freespins. Played a few games, got up over $60, and wasn't playing that close attention to my balance, low and behold I'm under $50 all of a sudden. Felt a little frustrated it was over so fast, played a few more spins, got back to $50 and withdrew.
Back to chat to ask if they needed anything from me. I knew I was verified at sister casino Desert Nights from a withdrawal back in late Oct. But I was asked to send my docs again, but told not necessary to send a faxback as well (whew, I don't have a printer). It's Saturday night, and I thought I'd wait until Sunday to take a picture of my util bill. Thought it was a little stupid since I was asked to send ID and bill to desert nights.
Well, I guess it wasn't necessary after all, I was paid this afternoon, well under 24 hours, on a weekend to boot.
Muchly appreciated. If they hadn't honoured the email, I probably wouldn't have returned. But it got me back to the casino, had a look at the promos offered, and even without a win since I thought it was all handled well, I think I would have deposited again.
