    Many Thanks to Karolina & BuzzLuck for being so helpful as always.

    I used a new card over the weekend and had a cash out. I sent in the documents for the new card, but knowing that these things take time to process and being the typical patient gambler that I am, I sent Karolina a PM asking her to keep an eye open for the documents to be sure they made it to the right person and were processes in a timely manner.

    Needless to say, my withdraw was processed on Monday and the fund are in my account this morning.

    This is why I nominated Karolina for USA facing Rep of the year. I really appreciate the things like this that help make things go smoothly.
