    Just wanted to let the forum know that club worlds customer service for me has been outstanding. As most of you know from my past few posts i have done horrible at the slots so last nite i hit a lil at club world and put in for small withdraw. This am was declined went to live chat and within min they explained to me that instadebit has a new security feature on withdraws with code numbers. Anna help me get this put in and all was fine within a few min.
    So thanks anna and rest of club world customer services people as with the first person i did chat with was unsure on how to do this and passed me right along to anna. Now if i could just hit rj or something sweet.
    GLA i just wanted to let you all know how good this teams is past lil while on boards all we seem to read about is other casinos and cs reps and how they didnt know how to answer any questions. and this team is up on their issues

    Anna helped me with that a few weeks ago. I called her on the phone and within no time she explained the new security with Instadebit and got me on my way within minutes. :thumbsup:
